I had the opportunity to do my FNP clinical rotation at AFD. It was a great learning experience. All the providers and the staff at AFD genuinely care about their patients. Dr.Sam takes time to know his patients and make sure he is always accessible to his patients. He believes in going the “extra mile,” and I have indeed witnessed that at his work at AFD. I will surely recommend the AFD clinic to my friends and family. Thank you, Dr. Sam, for allowing me to work with you and learn from you!
I completed my first rotation for FNP clinicals at America's Family Doctors. I completed my hours with Dr. Sam and Angeline and had a wonderful experience! Dr. Sam and Angeline are both amazing providers as well as great mentors. They both care so much about their patients as well as their interns. The staff are so nice and always welcoming!
I did my family nurse practitioner clinical rotation here and had a great learning experience. Dr. Sam and Angeline are very personable and I would 100% recommend any of my family or friends to come to this clinic. It was a great opportunity to learn from the best!

I have only had good experiences here. I used them as an urgent care first, and they were able to fit me in same-day for an emergency. They are now my PCP and have helped me with meds and overall health.

AFD Brentwood is such a fun and loving clinic. The clinic is very clean and well put together. The staff, Amber, Joreva, Flor, and everyone are the kindest people to work with. They are fun, and always make you feel like family. The providers are very knowledgeable and caring about your health. I had a great experience as an intern for 8 months with the entire AFD family!

AFD staff is friendly and inviting. The physicians, practitioners, and physician assistants are very knowledgeable and efficient and treat everyone like family. If you are looking for a primary care provider or need a sick visit walk-in, I highly recommend AFD to any of their locations.

I stopped going because I was very tired of being treated rudely by the staff. They do not answer emails. I could never get through and then once I had a virtual appointment and met with Dr. Sam and on the same day they said I was a no show. I LOVE Dr. Samudrala. He is a fantastic physician but he is very difficult to get in to see and the the office is nightmare in getting through. I would email through the App they so often pushed patients to use but most of the time never got any response back or the office denied getting the email. I have a busy schedule so I can't sit on hold and call back constantly to be left on hold or never answered the phone. Because of that, I moved my physician to Centennial. Sadly- I liked the Dr. but he needs better staff.

The front desk staff could not be more unhelpful and rude. It’s a struggle to get anyone on the phone, and then they complain about having to help you. I had to ask three times to have my information faxed over to a specialist. Please hire better or more front desk workers. I dread having to call this office.

Doctor Sam and all staff members including those who checked me in, took my vitals, reviewed my medicine needs, and examined me were professional, courteous, and exhibited positive attitudes. They gave me very good information and advice regarding improving my health and resolving my current health problems. A great team of individuals.
