I have been going to the Aesthetic Clinique for several years now, having had multiple procedures and spent a lot of money with them. I went every few months for lasers, botox (dysport), fillers, injections and more. Unfortunately after several bad experiences, I will never ever go back again. Two dysport treatments ago, I spent $700 for around 100 units or so. (By the way, the Aesthetic Clinique is far more expensive, for everything, than any other surrounding practice). The dysport never really froze my face the way I am used to. I have been getting botox and dysport for many, many years so I know what to expect. I always say I want my face completely frozen, and this time was no exception. That was one of the reasons they put so many units in. However, it never kicked in. I kept waiting, but nothing ever really happened. I travel for work and am gone for extended periods of time, so I was not able to go back and let them know. I just had to deal with it. Well fast forward a few months and I went back in for my dysport treatment. Again, $700 for a lot of units. Well 3 weeks came and went, and I still was able to move my forehead completely. I could just barely notice a difference. 4 weeks came, and again, not much change. I knew if I called them, they would just say to wait, because they have literally told me that before. Well six weeks came and I was shocked to see that there was not much change. I had to call because I was tired of wasting money on a treatment that didn't work. To sum it up, I was told that that the dysport was working as it should be, and if I wanted more I would have to pay more. I guess customer satisfaction does not exist here. I know for a fact that the dysport was not working as it should be, because I have gotten it for so many years now. Dysport in general, kicks in faster and lasts longer than botox. This last treatment I got here never even kicked in fully. I do believe that they have started watering their product down to either save money or save product. I know it is hard times for people these days, but I also believe that a paying customer should get what they pay for. Especially a good customer who has spent thousands and thousands of dollars with this establishment. I will say that I love everyone there, but I can't continue to throw money away for treatments that don't work.
