We had an outstanding experience with this limousine service with Oleg! He shuttled us to and from our event with complete professionalism and made the entire evening stress-free. Oleg was incredibly kind and accommodating—helping everyone in and out of the vehicle with patience and a smile. The vehicle itself was excellent: spotless, comfortable, and so spacious you could actually stand inside. Oleg even played all the music we requested, which made the ride even more fun. Highly recommend this service for anyone looking for a smooth, friendly, and first-class transportation experience!

Highly recommend to not use this company. We booked a SUV transport from Newark airport back to Philly area and requested a car seat for our child. They put booster seat in the confirmation so I requested that they change it to a forward facing car seat since it's safer for a 4 year old and they replied no problem and sent an updated confirmation. When the driver showed up there was no car seat or booster seat in the SUV. Luckily we had an emergency blow up booster seat that we used, but it wasn't ideal for safety. When I contacted them about this issue, they said booster seats are first come first serve and they didn't have any available at the time. This was not communicated to us at all, and it sounds like they don't actually have any forward facing car seats even though they told us it would be no problem. This is a major issue for anyone traveling with children since they are not legally allowed to travel in a personal vehicle without a car seat. Driver was very nice but he started going the wrong way so I had to guide him home using my own google maps. Advanced Limousine was not transparent at all about what they offer and we will not be using them again.

We always aim to communicate clearly, and you did explain prior to your trip that you would provide an emergency backup seat if needed. Our child seats are limited and cannot always be guaranteed, but we do our best to accommodate every request. We apologize if this was not fully understood or if expectations were not aligned.

We’re also sorry for any inconvenience during your ride. Our goal is to provide safe, reliable service every time, and we regret that your experience didn’t reflect that. The google maps stopped working due to a service glitch in a bad area. We retrain our staff on a biweekly basis so we assure this will not happen in the future if the google maps shut off.

Our driver met us at the airport just after midnight. While I was grabbing the luggage, our driver had a medical issue and collapsed in the airport. We worked with the staff and other travelers to get him medical help and an ambulance was called to take him to the hospital. Unfortunately due to the time of day the limo service had no one available, so they told us to order an Uber and they would compensate us. So we ordered a $270 uber to get us home. We were very delayed getting home, but we’re just extremely happy the driver didn’t have his medical episode while driving us home. It was very nerve wracking. The worst part is that the limo company has refused to issue any refunds for the initial payment we made for services that were never completed or for the uber that we had to pay for due to the situation. We took care of their driver and they decided to treat us this way. We will NEVER use this company again.

Absolutely horrible experience! Ruined my daughter’s bday. They Cancelled the car I ordered 2hrs prior and gave us a sprinter instead and then were 40 min late making my daughter an hour late to our venue. Waste of money. Would give zero stars if I could. Buyer beware
