Hi, our dry ice price has never exceeded $3 since we opened our doors in 2008. If you could provide me with a receipt I would love to fix the issue you may have had with this bill. Also, plastic bags will get freeze dried by the -180 degree dry ice and cause the integrity of the bag to fail or break, it is safest to transport in a box, or cooler. Sorry for this inconvenience but it is for the safety of our staff and customers.

Purchased a tank of argon. It was empty within an hour tig welding. First and only time I'll buy my welding gas there.

Did you have your gas pressure to high? Or maybe a leak?
Jason was a really helpful guy. He helped me fix my regulator to fit my little c02 tank. He was really patient and helpful and let me try the parts to make sure they fit. Granted I'm inexperienced in all this and likely not their typical customer but he happily took the time to help me. They also have food grade c02 for us homebrew folks.
