Highly Recommend!!! I am a freelance Graphic Designer, and I had a hard drive go bad on my Mac. It wasn't working at all. The computer would not start, and I could not access my important personal files, including all my customers graphics and projects... Well, I'm happy to say these guys worked a miracle and fully recovered all my files. Every file was recovered, and they work perfectly. They saved me from a real nightmare. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in a similar situation.

I am a new photographer, and I don't know a lot about data backup. I had a bad experience with an external hard drive crashing, and I talked to Paul for over ten minutes about my options for repair / steps to take in the future to protect my data from hard drive failure. I can tell that Paul cares about his customers and I was extremely appreciative of his sympathy and helpfulness.
