I learnt to swim with Adult swim Lesson last year. This year i am a now taking swimming technique lessons with them, in order to improve on my body and head position, along with better arm and leg action.

Choosing to learn to swim was one of the best decisions I've made. I was scared of water and learning to swim was a HUGE step out of my comfort zone, but after 5 lessons, I can confidently do breaststroke and front crawl!!! I've also recommend my friends.
