I’ve had many construction projects completed by various contractors in the Bay Area. Soto Bay Construction is by far the best company I have ever contracted with. The entire crew was courteous, very well organized with their work and left the work site clean and tidy every day. They have excellent carpentry skills, take pride in their work with meticulous attention to detail. The owner is a hardworking, hands on contractor with the highest level of integrity. The project was finished on time and on budget. Soto Bay Construction personifies everything you would want and expect from a general contractor. From the first day on the job, their level of competence was evident. This allowed me to have complete piece of mind while the work was in progress. I knew from day one that the job was going to be done properly. It was a pleasure working with the entire crew at at Soto Bay Construction.

Very professional, asked good questions, personable and honest. We just purchased a house and were told by our inspector to have a stucco repair company do an evaluation on the garage wall. I called on a Thursday and someone was here on Saturday. He shared lots of helpful information with us. We did not need the service but would have used this company and give them the highest recommendation.

How is it possible that Chuy, Chuy Junior and family spent 14 months working on our house during COVID and I still like them?? Our standards are high - we work as a very high performing real estate agents in the East Bay and we know every contractor/vendor under the sun. We are so glad we chose this family to do our own home renovation upon the recommendation of a dear friend at Oakland CIty Planning who has done a great deal of development and flipping. Wonderful work; wonderful experience, delightful people. Our house is gorgeous.

I've been having Soto Bay Construction work for me, family, friends and clients for the past 11 years. They have done all aspects of construction from foundations through roof including building a new house for me. They are very reliable with good pricing and I have never had any issues with their work. From framing to finish work it is very professional. I always know I can count on them to do an excellent job.
