they came out to install a dishwasher. They didn’t level it. The top protruded and inch past the insert and 1 1/2 inches at the bottom instead of being flush. I told them i wanted to be able to pull the dishwasher out far enough to get behind it if necessary - the install does not let me get behind the dishwasher. They said I needed an airgap hose, installed it and charged me $50. The cost of the hose is about $5 and takes a couple of minutes to install. When I called the owner he justified the cost because it would have cost me more if I called in a plumber to install the hose. DUH! - his crew was already there, and I’d saved them a lot of time by uninstalling my old dishwasher. He did offer to send his crew back to fix the problems but I told him I didn’t want his amateurs back in my house.

James Stalie did three major jobs for us: a kitchen re-do, a total master bath redesign and remodel, and two lesser baths totally redone. He is highly skilled, thoroughly knowlegeable about home design and construction, works continually until the job is completed, dedicated to making the client happy.

James recently did some work for us on our new house. It was a complete overhaul of our kitchen. Top to bottom he took care of the demo and the remodel. My wife stays home and it's always a little iffy when someone will be around your wife and kids all day. James was amazing. He was friendly and personable. He was very timely and finished ahead of schedule. James replaced a window, replaced all cabinets, sink, added a vent hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge cabinet and box, under cabinet lighting, tile work, back splash, and lighting. He was efficient, and competent. I would and have recommended him to many friends and family in the Livermore area.

We met James when he installed an appliance. We then hired him to run a gas line into the kitchen so I could have a gas stove. Later he remodeled our kitchen. He's put in new Windows and electrical outlets. Just finished a remodel of our master bath and bedroom! He is considerate and his work is amazing. He has finished all his jobs way ahead of schedule. Him and Brett are clean. Will always use him or anyone he recommends!! A joy to have around and do business with!
