We wanted an ADU in Santa Cruz...the permits alone were hundreds of thousands of dollars ...Framework came in and gave us a brand new 2brm 2ba house ...Complete, permits,electrical, Sewer,Appliances...for LESS then the price of an additional room added to our house ...Kind,Caring,Professional, Dedicated,and in all my years in the Trades...these guy WORK HARDER for their Customers than anybody !!! They were a God Send for us .

I just had an appointment with the company. I am looking to build above my garage which is different than what this company provides. This owner was so comfortable. She didn’t hang up! The owner was helping me with my plans and helped me with ideas to save money when making my plans and how to approach my ideas. Awesome!! You’re in great hands with these guys. I just wish I had enough space on my property to have and ADU made and placed on my property. Im bummed…Yes, most definitely I’d go with Frameworkfirst.

I did not imagine that I would go for my second one which was just completed recently ! This company is very organized, professional, helpful , expedient, and responsive to all of my inquiries ! They delivered the promise they made !

Cathy was very helpful in guiding thru different options available with my property. We went through both Framework options as well as potential Contractor method as well as both for my garage conversion and the option to leave it and build a smaller studio unit. We also touched on how in my situation how an ADU into a condo conversion and sale may look like. Really appreciate her knowledge of current laws and how to go about them and maybe ultimately lead me back to the ADUs Framework has to offer. I look forward to circling back to Cathy and Framework for my potential future ADU project

We live in a private HOA community. CC&Rs are a prime concern that needs to be researched. Being able to speak directly with Cathy really helped get us in the right direction and provide the questions we need to ask the HOA to be sure we can continue with an ADU.
