They totally ripped off our sweet loving and generous pastor trying to build a tiny home for his recently widowed mom to live on his property. How LOW can you get?!?! Our pastor has a very small church and he's been so very careful with money and now this happens. I can't comment on quality because they never showed up to do the work. The value is horrendous because they didn't return his money (thousands) after canceling.

Terrible experience. Every time I turned around, they fired the workers. It took one year to get the Tiny Home built. It was a constant mess.

I paid them as required, the company did not pay subcontractors. The company has not done anything except for the design and me paying for the permits. Nothing was done. I made numerous phone no response from anyone for over a month. I was not aware anything was wrong until I received a letter stating the subcontractors were not paid.

Beware of Anchored Tiny Homes - Fraudulent Practices I strongly advise against doing business with Anchored Tiny Homes. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. They took a significant amount of money from me and several others, promising to deliver our tiny home projects. Unfortunately, they failed to complete the work, leaving us with nothing but empty promises. Despite repeated attempts to reach out and resolve the issue, they have been unresponsive and uncooperative. It has become clear that their practices are not only unprofessional but also fraudulent. I am now left with a partially completed project and no recourse, as they continue to ignore all communications. It's heartbreaking to see others in the same situation, struggling to get their money back or see their projects completed. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of reputable companies out there--Anchored Tiny Homes is not one of them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS and any business that are involved with the Paulhus family (co-owners). Tons of customers who paid upfront are left with unfinished projects paid and potential mechanic liens because they don’t pay their sử-contractors. They have moved out off their offices, lights out and skipped on payroll for their employees. They bill you upfront for services a d materials that you don’t get, dint pay their sub-contractors, and go pay their employees……Where did the money go?? There have been news features on ABC and NBC bringing light to this business.

If you are reading these five star reviews they're from people when this company first started. They are going out of business and they are taking money up front which is against the law. Please read these negative reviews.Because you only have yourself to blame if you read these reviews and you still go through with this company.

Anchored Tiny Homes failed to finish our ADU and stopped paying the sub contractors. We are completing it ourselves at additional cost.

Negative stars! Project was signed February 2023 and finally permit came through in June 2024. While I understand the permitting process can take time, almost a year and a half? ATH apparently stumbled due to lack of experience or they intentionally dragged their feet and over extended themselves. Then the real fraudulent act by ATH, they sent me the invoice for all of the materials, and knowing that the permit is at its last stage and should come through soon and I wanted to move things along, I decided to prepaid for all of the materials in March. Nothing was ever delivered. The project came to a complete stop in July! A week later, I received a letter from Colton indicating that he's looking for investment (obvious funding issues) and then the whole thing started to fall apart....intent to file chapter 7 bankruptcy and all the news coverage and cease operations and ATH under investigation and shutting down. The fact that they took the hard earned money I paid for materials and never delivered anything and used the money elsewhere instead of preserving it for my project, it's a criminal act, unlawful and an intent to defraud customers who are honest and trusting.....those involved deserve to go to jail!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Stared contract on 2023 it took 1 year to start the construction, we paid almost in full and look what we ended up with, a skeleton of a building with no answer from anyone and lots of debt because we paid this company and now to find out our permits are not under our name, other companies that were hired by this contractor are asking us for money that we paid for the job but they never got paid. And guess what? The owner has speeded million dollars on houses, cars, travels, podcast amd there's nowhere to be found

These people are scam artists. We've been ripped off for more than $80,000 for services we paid for and have not received. They abandoned our project and lied to us about the reason worked stopped--which was that they were not paying the subcontractor doing the construction. They need to be investigated and held accountable.

OK, I feel for all of the victims of this Ponzi scheme Anchored Tiny LLC had going. I am apart of a 100 plus victim group of a Citrus Height's contractor, Jospeh Perez known as The Building Pro General Contractor, Inc and Contractor Management Group, Inc. and it has taken us YEARS (2021 - 2024) and moving mountains to get CSLB to finally take action against this contractor that bilked millions too. I am 100% sure that Anchored had many routine complaints over the years lodged against them and they were able to "show of force" and "throw the frisbee" or otherwise just told Olga or the "investigator" they were in litigation and CSLB dismissed everything. We want District Attorney action too -- so let's work together. It should not take multiple people and media to lodge complaints at CSLB, to get movement and citizens to write to the DA to get action either...Also, we have a former CSLB investigator whistleblower who is willing to testify that the minute David R. Fogt took over, enforcement went out the window and he mandated all complaints be closed in 60 days instead of investigation for the consumer and meaningless warning letters take precedence over actual investigation of the subject property. In fact, Fogt has eliminated, for the the CLSB, very carefully against any victim to get any actual restitution ...it used to not be that way. Fogt is no different than the con-men contractors he oversees.
