This giant hotel, the New York Marriott Marquis, is smack dab in the middle of Times Square. It's not going to win any awards for best-looking building, but inside, the rooms are big and comfy, with these amazing floor-to-ceiling windows. They totally show off the killer views of the city. Some people say the place feels a little old-fashioned inside, but others think it's just classy.

Flight to NYC canceled due to Crowdstrike IT outage and I was unable to stay. Inside lead time to cancel my rooms and I would have owed them thousands, but Marriott was very gracious and waived all cancellation fees that they could have legitimately charged me.
Someday when I make it back to NYC, I will definitely stay here as they are very good to work with and accommodating of customers needs.

Great experience here. Fun, busy area. You just can't go wrong. I loved everything about this place. Check in process was a breeze but they could be a little nicer. NYorkers give a sense of always rushing you. lol I guess this is just how it is in a very busy city.

This was a pretty nice hotel and the only thing that was missing was the microwave. I enjoyed my stay and the view was very nice. I also had an amazing room. The house keeping were amazing and gave me extra coffee when requested.

This was a great option for our family trip to NYC. We had two adjoining rooms to fit 2 adults + 3 kids. The room and halls were clean and nice. The view from room wasn’t good but get their big Broadway icecream from the restaurant and you can overlook Times Square. The kids loved the elevators that are a feature of a Marquis hotel lobby. The breakfast is on the absurdly expensive side with slow service, even for NYC. Thats the only thing I’d say skip on and venture out or utilize their grab and go option. Their experience desk was a huge help. Certain tix, like to the Natural History Museum, are provided (1 ticket per night of stay to various attractions) and others are discounted. Just be sure to ask about anything you are interested in. This hotel was extremely convenient to Lion King, it’s directly across the street. Overall, it was a great time!
