Brilliant value for money
☺ All facilities at the Hotel were great. The room was excellent and a good size, with a really neat wardrobe. The balcony overlooking the sea was excellent. Breakfast and the restaurant for dinner were great value for money. This is a good Hotel and the staff make a big effort to make sure everything goes well. The Hotel has a couple of monster hotels either side of it if you are looking for a quiet relaxing time book this hotel the other 2 look like chaos. Great Hotel Great staff great value for money
☹ Wifi and the Hotel App were a bit hit and miss. Having to re-log in every day was a pain. There is a fridge in the room, but its locked. You need to buy some stuff from the Hotel to open the fridge - a bit strange but we got a few beers and some water and had use of the fridge

☺Viele und sehr durchdachte Angebote für Kinder (mini Club, outside kletterpark, wasserspielplatz, Spielplatz, Kinderbecken, indoor spielraum am Restaurant...), und Erwachsene (zB Abends Cocktail Bar bzw Terrasse, live Musik, Spa, verschiedene Restaurants, Tennis, Geschäfte im Hotel, mehrere Pools...). Sehr schöne Anlage, toller Blick aufs Meer, auch vom Pool und der Restaurant Terasse. Alles sehr sauber. Schöne geräumige Zimmer. Essen war sehr lecker, große Auswahl. Besonders: sehr gute Auszeichnung der Speisen = große Erleichterung für Menschen mit Allergien/Unverträglichkeiten. Direkter Zugang zum Strand über Aufzug.

Een geweldige rustpauze in mooi weer met veel verwennerij
☺Het hotel is zeer proper en het personeel om ter vriendelijkst.
☹Voor mezelf hoeft er geen overaanbod te zijn van eten wat allemaal super vers was. Soms iets moderner aanbod zou wel mogen zoals een smoothie of gembershot bij het ontbijt. Maar zoals al gezegd is het eten super lekker en vers.

אבל,
לנו הוא לא התאים, כל פעם שרוצים להגיע לחדר, או לצאת ממנו, יש הרבה ללכת, מדובר במלון ענק,
לפחות 10 דקות הליכה, כולל מעליות.
הקפה שלהם -מזעזע, אפילו שיש מכונות חדישות,
אי אפשר לשתות את זה.

Great, relaxing stay
☺ We had everything in one place: food, entertainment, relaxation.
The kids’ pool and the daily activities were spot on and we enjoyed every moment.
We appreciated the large family rooms with a lovely view.
From a sustainability point of view, I liked the idea of asking at checkin how often we want our towels and sheets to be changed. I don’t like it when hotels ask to leave towels on the floor when need changing.
☹ I did not like the coffee, but there is a place near the hotel that serves great coffee (I wish I knew that sooner than the day we left).

Not able to use the fridge without charge. I had eye drops which would have benefited from being kept cool.

This is a good hotel with a beautiful pool and garden area. The rooms are spacious. Food mediocre.
☺ In comparison to other hotels around the Island that we stayed in, we found the breakfast here very good. Large selection of items. Disappointing was the coffee and the quality of the juices. The buffet was not well maintained. The pool area is very comfortable. I had a great massage.
☹ The fitness room needs to be renovated. The machines are decent but poorly maintained. The room itself dirty.
The website is outdated and it’s difficult to find the information you need. The wellness center is poorly represented online. The location and beach not that attractive.

☺Sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Abendessen war abwechslungsreich und gut (Buffet bei Halbpension). Zimmer und Ausblick waren hervorragend. Poolbereich auch sehr schön.
☹Das Fitnessstudio ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ein Gerät war nicht funktionsfähig. Hier würde man bei einem 5* Hotel mehr erwarten. Eine Upgrade mit bspw. Technogym oder Hammerstrengh Geräten wäre super.
Cardiobereich war dagegen gut ausgestattet.
