Either the office staff is being held against their will or they are just really unpleasant people. I am all about maybe someone is having a bad day or you don’t know what’s going on in their life and to have grace with them. This is our third time here and they are clearly doing us all a favor by showing up at work. On their cell phones constantly. (Ironically enough there is a note that says to turn all cell phones off. Guess just patients don’t have this right. Not like we are paying a hefty price to be here or anything. Haha) Not gentle or really focused on what they are doing. I gave two stars because I believe Dr. Ebeyer is trying to work with what she has. It’s sad that she cannot find actual professionals.
