dreadful company
Paid upfrontfor a mobility scooter service . Was given a day and approx. time but nothing , next day I called them and was told lie after lie by different people . Tried to get any answers but all I got was ETHAN is going to phone you straight back but NOTHING . Have requested a refund but so far NOTHING . DREADFUL UNRELIABLE AND LIARS .

I rented a wheelchair for my mom for a 2 day holiday in London. I was told it would be delivered from 9am-11am. By 12pm (half my day wasted) and the company continuously telling me “30 more minutes” because of traffic… which is not my fault nor my problem. I was given a time that was not met.. I then asked for a full refund in which they told me I would be processed and contacted. A week later I asked for an update and they told me they would get one to me by the end of the day.. after waiting 6 hours for an update I decided to call and he told me that I was already being processed but they were waiting on the bank. I told him I want proof of this because I don’t trust him or the company, he then sends me a “guideline” from their website stating they won’t give refunds. This company has been an absolute headache to work with and I’ve never felt so disrespected as a paying customer.

It was a delight from the first call I made to Adepta to the day of installation of a stairlift for my mum, who needed a lift temporarily.
Nitesh was very helpful we had a few challenges with the chair on the day the engineer attended but Nitesh was quick to get it resolved.
I will definitely use them again.

The customer services I have received from Gaurav and the information I need to adapt ceiling hoist for my sons bedroom was given and he was very helpful arranging that to be done and was on time he was very helpful. Thank you gaurav at adapt a home

Fantastic service provided by Gaurav from Adapt a Home. We needed a wheelchair for weekend and Ethan communicated on line very promptly and hiring was done so smoothly. Stair lift was fitted in under 4 hours by Rahul. Did a very good job and left everything tidy. Was issued with a instruction book and also went over all the details of how to use it before he left. Did an excellent job but just got to wait for a permanent socket to be fitted. Thank you
