I took a fall shortly after arriving for holiday in London. Called Adapt A Home and they had me mobile and sightseeing within just a few hours. My holiday was saved! Very quick and affordable. Special thanks to Rahul for getting me the wheelchair quickly and for explaining how to operate it efficiently. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Picture this. A family vacation to London from the USA with two kids. A day trip planned to Paris so that the youngest can see the Eiffel Tower that she’s been dreaming about. 11 hours before our train to Paris departs, this child breaks her foot and gets a fun visit to the NHS for X-rays and a cast, sobbing the whole time that she’ll miss the Eiffel Tower. Desperate to get a wheelchair in the middle of the night and not ruin the dream trip, I reached out to Adapt A Home and Ethan was able to work a miracle to get a chair delivered immediately. Huge thanks also to Rahul, who stayed late to make it happen (it’s 10 pm as I write this). Rahul was so kind upon drop off at our hotel and patiently showed me how to use the chair and fold it for the train. This service is seriously top notch! You have no idea how overwhelming and scary it is when you face a medical emergency in a foreign country. It’s a blessing to have companies like this that can ease even a portion of the stress. Thank you!

Excellent attention from this company. Fantastic communication from Calli (Admin) who kept us in the picture throughout. Engineer knew his stuff and did a great job restoring service to our stairlift. Will use again without a second thought

Rahul provided excellent service. He was very patient and understanding as our arrival flight was delayed over 2 hours. He explained everything about the scooter very well. This company took great care of our needs.

Our first visit to London so we were not familiar with who to reach out to for my wife’s wheelchair needs. Adapt Home were fantastic helping us with a brand new chair. Staff on the phone were helpful and friendly and even waited for us to arrive just on closing time to pickup the chair. Rahul was very helpful when he picked up the chair from our accommodation. Highly recommended!

April 2025 Update: I had a pleasant discussion with Guarav from adapt-a-home today. He was super helpful and informative. I am truly impressed with the customer service provided by this company and their products. October 2024: Rahul was great and explained thoroughly how to put together and take apart the scooter and wheelchairs.

Rahul was very professional and helpful. He showed us how to use it He then identified the wheelchair wheel had a puncture and took it back and returned with a new one.

Gaurav helped me to get a scooter that would make my life easy and he did his very best also Rahul helped it delivered very well and demonstrated it to make me understand very well.
