Incredible customer service!!
I contacted Adapt A Home about getting a special needs safety helmet for my 23 month old daughter. I was called back by Lisa who supported me through the whole process of filling out the forms, taking measurements and she answered all of my questions. She was professional yet sensitive to the nature of the purchase. She was amazing. Five starts for Lisa!
The helmet arrived and fits perfectly, although the end of the strap was frayed so I had to cut it off and paint nail polish on it to stop it fraying again, so one star lost there. I informed Lisa who was incredibly apologetic and has forwarded this information onto their supplier. Overall, really happy!

Enquired about head protection, this company got back to me the next morning which is good but wouldn’t stop calling and after leaving multiple voicemails … whilst I’m at work and continuously calling. I explained in a email that the emails they have sent is great it covers the price and this is something I will be talking to our family and the support with in the health association nhs, if this is something that we are considering I will consider and get back to this company
…( this closed the conversation) and yet again they called again…. Clearly commissioned based explains why harassing so much definitely will not be using this company.

I would like to give a shout out for Lisa at the Potters Bar Office she has really helped me get my stairlift working again by organizing the engineers and making follow up calls to make sure I was safe and making sure everything was working again after 2 different engineers attended.
