Primary review: Firstly I searched a lot for a clinic that got real good reviews and reasonable price and the person who is taking and implanting hair grafts is an official doctor not a nurse. I found these factors in hair palace in Budapest. I contacted them and they were so professional and they know what they are doing. We agree on 2290€ for a 5000 hair implant (if I need more hair it will cost extra) and this price included one meal at the day of surgery and a clean calm apartment stay, one night before and one night after the procedure, and also the transfer from and back to the airport. The day of surgery start at 12:30 pm and it lasted for around 6 hours. I only felt the pain of anesthetic needles and that’s normal. I got 10 minutes break between taking grafts and implanting them. The medical team were so humble, friendly and most importantly they were professional. I’ll keep updating my review in the near future. Wurde von Beginn an kompetent beraten und hatte stets ein gutes Gefühl in besten Händen zu sein. Das Personal verfügt über ausgezeichnete Expertise aufgrund mehrjähriger Erfahrung. Ich wurde nach Offertanfrage rasch kontaktiert und detailiert von einwandfrei Deutsch sprechenden Dolmetscherinnen in Anwesenheit der Ärztin per Videocall über Methode, Preis und Anzahl der verpflanzenden Grafts in den gewünschten Kopfregionen aufgeklärt. Der Eingriff erwies sich als sanft bis erträglich schmerzhaft und verleitet gar zwischendurch gar zum Schlaf, zumal die Behandlung doch mehrere Stunden beansprucht aber mit viel Präzision und Sorgfalt, seitens Ärztin inklusive couragiertem Betreuerstab verbunden ist. Man wird dazwischen mit einem schmackhaften Mittagsmenü nach Wahl verköstigt und hat während der Implantation etwas Unterhaltung per Netflix im Ordinationsraum. Bin zuversichtlich, dass sich meine lichter gewordene Stirn, nach etwas Geduld sowie Einhalt aller vorausgesetzten Verhaltensregeln und Medikamenteneinnahme top resultiert. Einziges Manko war die Unterkunft. Trotz idealer Lage zur Praxis und nicht weit vom Busbahnhof Nepliget entfernt, wies der moderne Gebäudekomplex noch zahlreiche Mängel auf. Der Dunstabzug des Badezimmers blies nahezu die gesamte Nacht und da sich das sonst komfortabel eingerichtete Appartment am Morgen des Abreisetages nicht aufschließen ließ, hatte ich ärgerlicherweise meinen Heimtransfer verpasst. Letzteres mindert aber nicht die Qualität des HairPalace Teams selbst und ist meines Empfindens nach einer absoluten Weiterempfehlung wert.

Bin gerade eben fertig geworden und hab mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Schmerzen waren wenig bis mittel bei den Injektionen. Ich freue mich auf das Ergebnis!

Great experience overall. The communication was perfect, everyone involved was friendly and professional. Dr Zsolnai was fantastic and very strategic with the approach and surgery itself. Highly recommend!

Mon mari a fait une greffe de cheveux aujourd'hui,il est très content tout s'est très bien passé et le personnel de haïr palace a été très à l'écoute, très gentil. Quand à l'appartement il est très moderne et très spacieux,le transfert a été aussi à la hauteur.

Such an easy and amazing experience. All the information before and during my stay were very clear. Picked up from the Airport to their provided accommodation and back on the day of leaving. Appartment had everything you would need. All the staff and team doing the procedure were so professional but still personal. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This is my second transplant , first one was done in Turkey, but this place is 2 steps above in in many areas. Super professional , all around. I definitely would recommend you go here first ! I am a Canadian.

I discovered Hair Palace while on a visit to Budapest, and I'm very glad I did! My surgeon, Dr. Sereny, was highly experienced and exceeded my expectations. Luchina, the interpreter, was excellent during the process, making me feel calm and welcome. Janos, the coordinator, provided quality online support. Thank you Hair Palace team for your excellent work! Update - second procedure done, best of thanks again to the entire team. Everybody was excellent.

Organisation of the trip was very clear and easy to follow. Hair treatment was perfect and the staff was very helpful and very professional.

Also ich habe es heute hinter mich gebracht und nach langen Jahren der Überlegung meine erste Haartransplantation gewagt. Insgesamt 4031 Haare bzw. knapp etwas über 1500 grafts wurden transplantiert. Ich habe mich für Hairpalace entschieden, weil ich von dem einzigen türkischen Anbieter (Elithair) der preislich mithalten konnte nicht so viel gutes gehört hatte. Und auch die Massenabfertigung in der Türkei ist nicht so mein Ding. Hairpalace ist eine kleine Klinik die täglich maximal 4 bis 5 Patienten hat und wo jeder Patient individuell und persönlich betreut und behandelt wird. Die Organisation von der Unterbringung in einem sehr schönen, sauberen und gut ausgestatten Appartement über den Transfer von und zum Bahnhof und zur Blutentnahme bis hin zur Bezahlung und Nachsorge ist vorbildlich. Selbst das Essen in der Klinik war sehr gut. Und es wird exzellentes deutsch gesprochen (auch die Ärztinnen verstehen es). Die Entnahme und Transplantation wird nicht wie in der Türkei von angelernten Kräften, sondern von Ärzten (hauptsächlich Ärztinnen) vorgenommen. Die Entnahme und die Transplantation war völlig schmerzlos und auch die lokale Betäubung kaum zu spüren. Weder mein Spenderbereich noch mein Empfängerbereich haben besonders stark geblutet. Ich habe mich außerdem von der ersten bis zu letzten Minute gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Natürlich muss ich noch das Ergebnis abwarten, aber bis jetzt ist hairpalace unumschränkt zu empfehlen. Und preislich wirklich gut (Tip: Bei Barzahlung erhält man 10% Rabatt, was ein paar hundert Eur ausmacht). Und Budapest ist nicht so weit wie Istanbul und in der EU... Was gewisse Standards garantiert. Stand nach 6 Monaten: die verpflanzten Haare scheinen gut zu wachsen bedecken bereits die Tonsur... etwa 40 bis 60% der verpflanzten Haare sollten jetzt draußen sein, etwa 80% darf man bei einer Tonsur erwarten (in anderen Bereichen 90%). Ich hoffe die kommen auch noch).

Very skilled staff, they immediately make you confortable to lose the stress. The Doctors and her assistants explain you each step of the process (donor zone and implant zone). Definitely an expert team because I didn't fell any pain. Finally the accommodation / logistic (airport navette, apartment, lunch for the operation day) are supervised by the team, we don't have to think about it. Big thanks to the whole team. Looking forward to seeing the final result.
