I had a medial patellofemoral ligament tear due to which I had to use a knee brace for 1 month. After recovery I wasn't even able to fold my knee just even a little bit. I started my physiotherapy sessions with Dr. Rama and the physiotherapy was very effective. Thanks to her that my knee is back to normal condition.

I had an issue on the knee with an old ACL injury. Had visited ActiveLife Physiotherapy for a treatment for the same. Dr Shoeb explained the weakness around the knee really well and guided me with proper progressive exercises over the course of couple of weeks. It has helped me gain better stability and strength.
