I’ve used ACM’s services since 2019. I have nothing by great things to say about this company. Tony is highly competent and professional technician. His decades-long expertise in the field allows him to quickly diagnose the issue with laser-pinpoint precision. In 2019 He change the control panel for a 4 zone area located on a tight and hard to navigate attic. The problem was resolved and the system worked perfectly well since. Also, in 2022 the furnace in the basement was lacking water all over the floor. Tony, in no time, isolated the issue, addressed it and he installed a pump connected to the drain system to prevent the issue from reoccurring. I highly recommend using ACM services. Tony is your go to guy!

ACM charged us $219 recently to "repair" a boiler. He told us that all is ok. When we called occupant if all is ok, occupant advised us that nothing has changed and it is still faulty. ACM has not answered or respond to our calls. SCAM???? We disputed charge, placing a complaint with MASS dept of consumer affairs for fraud. BEWARE!!!!

The boiler required a lot of attention, so upon completing the repair I said to call me if the unit needed further service but all should be ok. When receiving word that the tenants are still experiencing an issue, I agreed to come back to provide further service. The tenant started a new job so I was not informed whether or not I would have access to the property. I have been very booked but had every intention of following up, I was not ignoring the phone calls. And, although the charge had been disputed, I issued a refund out of good faith. Today, I called you once seeing this review and suggested you find someone else to assist with the repair. All the best, Tony

Tony from ACM fixed the AC unit and it's working nicely now. Very quick response even on a busy hot summer day. Tony even helped with some initial diagnosis before he even arrived. Turns out AC's filter was clogged and radiator fluid needed to be topped up. Very satisfied customer.

Our central air conditioner system died on a hot, humid, Saturday evening. I found Tony on the internet. He answered the phone and was here in less than 30 minutes. (Better than Dominos) He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes of being here. He was pleasant, knowledgable, and had the right parts on his truck. AC system was back up and running within an hour. We highly recommend him for all your air conditioner needs. Thank you, Tony!
