Update2025: Roof is leaking again from their improper installation! 5th leak!
Where do I begin, I’ve been through so much dealing with Acme roofing. I wasn’t going to say anything (just never recommend) but after being assaulted by an employee of there’s I’ve just had it with Acme roofing. I was first misled about cost of replacing my roof along with everything else damaged by hail, and eventually worked through that. Then after having my roof replaced I had to deal with not one leaking roof problem but two. My master bedroom ceiling is still stained with water spots and there’s various nail pops all throughout the house never addressed. I was told by Acme not to report the leaks to my insurance company, wish I had. They lied to me about the process that would take place. They explained to me that they would remove and replace the wet insulation and treat the wood to prevent mold. Then replace the damaged sheet rock and repaint. That never happened, they actually left 2 buckets of rain water sitting in my attic. After coming to “fix” my roof leak that was caused from improper installation, the very next rain shower my roof was leaking again in my master bedroom in the very same spot. After weeks of waiting because they kept asking the day prior unexpectedly to come over when I was not home instead of scheduling a day, they finally came for their second attempt to fix the roof. Again leaving rain water in the attic for months, but the most ridiculous thing of all they left the water hose on the side of my house completely turned all the way on, and it leaked for a whole entire month flooding the side of my neighbors and our yard. There’s still mud and no grass growing between our yards till this day. Then months later they finally come to “repair” the water damage. They did not do anything they said they would and became defensive when I asked if they were going to replace the wet insulation, treat the wood to prevent mold, replace the damaged sheet rock, and repaint as they told me during the assessment. They simply painted over the water damage and used ALL of my personal home kit paint instead of buying the paint as they said they would. They even left my house for over an hour claiming it was to “go get paint”. Now I have no paint in my paint kit for touch ups. The cherry on top, I was assaulted yesterday by one of their employees in a apparent fit of road rage. I refuse to do business with a company that employs unstable loose cannons. Y’all are indefinitely FIRED. I will seek another company to finish the job. I do not recommend this company. They will sweet talk their way out of every mistake they make, and trick you into feeling like everything will be fine when they are just buying time. I recommend using Swat roofing that my neighbor used. I wish I had.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Heidi as our general contractor for a full home remodel, and we couldn’t be more impressed. She completed the project within the promised time frame and exceeded our expectations in every way. Heidi was always on time, communicated clearly and consistently throughout the entire process, and was incredibly easy to reach whenever we had questions. Jody and his crew at Acme Roofing are the very best. When a storm came through and damaged the roof of our church, Jody had his crew out the very next day to make the emergency repairs we needed. After that Jody helped us through the process of dealing with the insurance company. Now the church has a brand new TPO roof with 4.4 inches of insulation which makes for a much cooler building throughout. Every part of this project was completed with the highest level of professionalism and in a timely manner. If you're looking for a dependable and honest roofing company, these guys are the absolute best in Fort Worth.
This review is a long time coming as life got a little in the way, but it is absolutely necessary as would not go without giving this top notch roofing company a five star review (would give more stars if that option was available). After the last major storm in our area (DFW area) I had contacted several roofing companies until I got a return call from Hannah at Acme Roofing and I was sold. Hannah has the most professional, courteous, and accommodating presence and I immediately felt trust in this company. Not only did they come the same day to fix a hole in the roof caused from a large tree limb, but in addition to that did a full inspection of the roof and discovered other damage of which I was not even aware. The whole process was done with total transparency by Hannah and her crew, with thorough explanation of issues, photos taken and showed to me as well as mentioning other things that could be done in the future but not immediately necessary. Work was done super quick with excellent workmanship...very impressive! They were extremely fair in their pricing as I expected it to be so much more expensive. Will keep this company for any roofing needs or other repairs (they do some other types of repairs in addition to roofing). This day and time it is hard to find the customer service that I experienced with this company which was over and beyond. I highly recommend this company as you will not be disappointed. Acme replaced my roof twice, in 2016 and again in the fall of 2024; both times due to hail damage. I am so grateful for the courteous, reliable, and professional service I received on both occasions, not to mention the quality workmanship. This is especially true when I read horror stories of what others experience with area scammers. Acme appreciated my repeat business, too, and included a free materials upgrade in my project this time around. The office manager was very personable, making sure I was informed and happy each step of the way. I see absolutely no reason to "shop around" should I require roof replacement or other roof work in the future.

Acme Roof Systems has replaced our roof twice in the last 15 years due to hail damage. They have made repairs to damaged siding and outside decks. They have also repaired Sheetrock inside the house due to water damage. We have found all those we have dealt with to be skilled and professional. Furthermore, they stand behind their work and quickly respond to concerns. We have especially enjoyed knowing Mark Knotts. He goes over and above to make sure we have the information to make decisions and help us get the best value possible. He has met with adjusters on our behalf. He always responds quickly to text messages and keeps us informed regarding projects.

I had them come out to my house for potential install on a few roofer whirly birds. The roofer seemed like a nice guy. He was very informative and knowledgeable. I was ready to move forward with the project. Unfortunately, I never received a callback or email with the quote. I have since moved on a found another company to take care of it.
Mark Knotts and the Acme Team exceeded our expectations.
Thoroughly explaining how the process works from our insurance to all the options available in our budget. On the day of, he was on site ensuring the team had everything they needed to get the job done right. He made sure we were happy before they left. On the day before, we decided to have a shed roofed as well. Mark was able to accommodate and make that happen.

Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
ACME was great. They roofed my house in less than two days and cleaned up the area where you literally couldn't tell they had ever been here. Love the look of the new shingles with the color of the drip edge and gutters. Would highly recommend them. Their service personnel were well informed and did a great job of keeping me posted on every step.
Heidi & her crew did a complete remodel of my home. They turned the interior of my 1985 built home into a lovely updated space including a modern kitchen, new cabinets & large island with granite countertops. She & her crew also updated bathrooms to include walk in showers & a jetted tub. They managed to complete the job beautifully & quickly. I am more than pleased & would certainly recommend them. Steve was very reliable and kept me updated with his progress although the job was still in the evaluation stage. He sincerely shared all technical information with me about the job.
