Michael was the best technician, so professional, knowledgeable and quick to replace our old wall heater. Our heater hadn't worked in years, but in no time we had heat and everything was clean and fresh like new! I would definitely recommend Ace Home Heating and Air Conditioning for all your air conditioning and heating needs. Michael was awesome !
Andrew Ramos was professional and friendly.
He is definitely an asset to the Ace team. But all we agreed upon was not followed by the installation crew. Very poor communication between Ace sales and Ace installation crew.
I think Andrew should be on-site to supervise the installation work crew. The installation crew did not clean-up and left a mess. Only time will tell whether their work was satisfactory.
Wish I could give Ace a better rating.
