Because of a Monday holiday, regular home pickup was delayed by a day (from Friday to Saturday). The Customer Service Agent was very knowledgeable and worked to confirm in their system that we would have pickup on Saturday afternoon. So appreciate great customer service.

Our trash day is Monday,since it was Memoial Day I called to see if they would be picking up. They were not open but fist thing Monday morning I received a message that trash would be picked up. That is exceptional service that a company even responds . Thank you Ace.

We live in The Villas at Pioneer Crossing, ACE picked up this morning, Thursday, the driver was so busy talking on his phone that he very nearly rammed our car, he came within one foot of running over us. This company needs to do something about their drivers yakking on the phone instead of gathering trash!!!
