When my mother lost the keys to her Ford SUV, I want sure *what* to do. My only experience with lost chipped car keys was a very expensive one about ten years ago, involving a dealership, a tow truck, and a lot of aggravation.
But I called Ace and they told me it could be taken care of right there in her driveway, and for about half of what the dealership had charged me a decade ago. And on a Sunday, no less!
They sent us Morty, a really great guy who was very understanding, patient, and thorough. In a very short time, he had a new key and remote entry fob programmed to perfection. He fully tested all operations, including the remote hatch entry, and was on his way with our profuse thanks. Thanks so much, Ace and Morty!
