Conor is great, knows his art and always willing to help . He is always punctual. His techniques are great and helpful . He helped me get to walk again and showed me how to do needed exercises at home .

Conner has done a great job with his custom in-home physical therapy. Once when I was recovering from a bicycle accident and another time recovering from rotator cuff surgery. he came referred to me, and I highly recommend him. Happy in waukee!

Connor was very instrumental in my husband regaining his strength and stamina after Cancer diagnosis and treatment. After the initial assessment, Ronnie was hospitalized in ICU. He was released on oxygen therapy and using a walker. When the Drs gave their okay, Connor began therapy sessions. We saw steady improvement from the quality time spent on therapy in each session, multiple days a week. We didn't have to exhaust ourselves getting to and from therapy, Connor came to our home! Connor is very knowledgeable and observant and adapts his exercises to the clients needs. Homework was assigned and monitored. No fancy equipment, Connor shows you how to incorporate what you have on hand into your exercise routines. With Connor's guidance and diligent effort Ronnie was able to eliminate the walker and oxygen by the time of his one month Drs appointment after release from the hospital. The Drs were amazed at his progress!! Even months later they still remark about his recovery. Without Connor this wouldn't have been possible. It's been eight months since completing therapy. Ronnie is active and enjoying life. He is doing some yard mowing, some golfing, and some walking. Ronnie can do 2 flights of stairs before needing to rest. He hasn't had any falls. His oxygen levels are very good. When he started working with Connor we weren't sure any of this would be possible. Abundant Living Physical Therapy and Wellness, they deliver results!!

I have a severe hearing loss and did not want to go to a PT Clinic, therefore was hesitant in getting started. A clinic environment, in the past, has always been too distractive, loud and impersonal for me. I came across a FB post from Abundant Living Physical Therapy & Wellness stating they do in-home therapy. It caught my eye and I decided to call for information. I spoke to Dr. Conner Schmitt. He answered my many questions and was polite as well as knowledgeable. I agreed to an assessment and an appointment was made. Dr. Conner helped me set goals to improve my gait disturbances and core strength. He is punctual and demonstrates the exercises he wants me to do. After several sessions, I am beginning to see/feel improvements, and am greatly encouraged. I look forward to developing more confidence and resuming an active life style.

My husband has advanced Parkinson’s and started having trouble walking this past winter. His Drs said to start physical therapy and we are blessed to have found Connor. Connor comes 3 times a week to work with Russ, his balance and strength has greatly improved. For anyone needing in home physical therapy I Highly recommend Connor!

Connor is fantastic. He comes to my home with an uncanny ability to recognize what exercises I need without pushing me so hard that I get discouraged. He knows all about physical therapy, and he brings humor each time he comes. What’s not to like? Hey, even my dog loves his belly rubs!!!
