Do not hire this company. We hired them last year, they could not schedule any legit appointment and the one they scheduled did not show up. When we requested for reschedule, they did not respond. We paid them so much money with no return. I would never trust this company for anything.

However, after you initiated your cancellation, we offered multiple solutions to address your concerns and avoid escalation, but all options were declined.

I would give zero stars if I could. I signed up for a 7-month contract. It was explained as one month of set up and then 6 months of service. They booked several meetings for my consulting business - almost all of them no shows. I followed their advice to increase show rates, asked them to help me reschedule no shows. They never rescheduled ANYONE. They were supposed to deliver an average of 5 meetings per month and they only delivered 3. That's 20 meetings instead of the promised 30 meetings! And not one turned into a contract over the six months I worked with them. NOT ONE! And then at the end when I told them I did not want to renew my contract, they tried to pull this "oh well, you should have told us last month because you had to tell us between the 1 - 15th of that month." Ummm...NO. You did not - AT ALL - verify that I wanted to continue. And the contract says you have to notify them in the 6th month - which I did...because the first month was set-up work only! This company not only doesn't deliver - they treat their customers like garbage, and they use deceptive means to try to rope people into paying more than they should. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!

While we stand by our performance, efforts to reschedule no-shows, and adherence to contract terms, we understand there was frustration around meeting outcomes and contract cancellation.

Our agreements are structured annually to allow time for proper list cleansing, relationship building, and setting qualified appointments, and although we have processes to improve show rates, we can’t guarantee every appointment will hold.

That said, we never want a partner to feel unsupported. Our Partner Success Manager, VP, and President are actively working together to find a solution that works for both parties, and we hope to resolve this in a way that feels fair and professional.

Horrible group. Zero return on investment. Did not hold up their end of the contract. Refused to cancel contract at end of period. The group became agressive when we soght to not renew after theyd done NOTHING from their end. Absolute worthless, agressive, toxic group. Avoid.

Abstrakt failed to deliver promised services. The agreement included a comprehensive sales and marketing campaign with cold calling, email campaigns, marketing materials, a landing page, and 3-4 viable monthly appointments (48 annually).Marketing materials were spot on. I have no issues with their marketing team.Initial issues included sales team misrepresentation of my services, despite detailed onboarding. Service quality quickly deteriorated over five months. Appointments were often with unqualified individuals/companies or those explicitly uninterested. Of the seven appointments made, only three met agreed-upon criteria. We were told, the first month would be slow for meetings, but would catch up to the 3-4 promised appts per month by month two. This did not happen. The promised email campaign was discontinued without prior notification, while service fees remained unchanged. Inquiries about the campaign were met with delayed responses and misinformation. Communication was poor, with the account manager initially claiming her lack of access to crucial information, which that later proved to be false as she managed the information herself.After cancellation, services declined even further; emails were spotty even after we were told they would be reinitiated with double the effort.The agreement was a total loss, which resulted in a significant unjustified expense, and Abstrakt being in breach of contract. We DO NOT recommend Abstrakt for any company that is looking for trustworthy and valuable sales services.

Am very unhappy with the services provided by Abstrakt Marketing Group. They promised me on getting qualified leads and appointment. For 4 months i just got 1 appointment booked and that too was alinged with someone who was not interested in our services. Inspite of continuously raising concerns there were no results. I have lost hard earned money with them. I requested for a some refund as they did not meet the commitments. But my request was rejected :(

The contract guarantees 36 meetings in 12 months. We didn't receive even four meetings in five months. During the sales process, we asked for them to focus on targeting companies with $1B+ in revenue. That is our customer. Once we paid and signed the contract, they told us they could not deliver on that. They did not ensure qualified leads. We are receiving messages on ******** from college students and non-profits asking for free help. This is slowing us down and costing us more money. I'm getting embarrassed (this is the egg on my face) having to say "no" to so many people when your team posing as me reached out to them. There's a disconnect between sales and implementation.
