So, needed my drivers side brakes check, they were sticking and ABS light was on….they inspected, well….prob just stuck a diagnostic machine on it…..anyhow it needed a new brake sensor, wheel bearing/hub……
Quotes $2100!!! Go on supercheap auto repco etc to look at parts to get an idea of prices …..$200-250 for wheel hub KIT……
So where do they get rest of the amount from!!!??? RIDICULOUS!!! Luckily I have brothers who are fitters.
And understand that it might be better doing both rear brakes checks….NOT FOR $2100!!!!

Had a older car sent there, all mechanical work was good worth 3k but fault finding is worst attempt by someone qualified. Being a car not able to be scanned with a obd2 scannner and given answer for them, said by 2 previous mechanics. Problem was airfilter wrong way round ( obviously not checked) and coilpack not making contact to spark plug correctly even when i asked to check it. Had to do it my self now car is fine $4000 spent totall plus headaches and being late for work

Exceptional work from the team at ABS Midland.
With their assistance we were able to collaborate closely with Disc Brakes Australia’s R&D Engineers based in Sydney to bring to Western Australia a FIRST example of what factory GWM TANK 300 HEV brake rotors look like compared to DBA’s Australian Made product.
Surface rust at 18,201 km with GWM factory brake rotors (pic attached).
DBA T2 Street Series Brake Rotors (3184S plus 3185S - Front and Rear for the TANK 300 HEV).
Braking performance of DBA’s product is exceptional on the Tank 300.
Australian Engineering at its finest..
And so is the customer service standard that SAM and his team at ABS MIDLAND provide.
Another first for GWM’s TANK 300 HEV and our great state of Western Australia.
Let’s show them how it’s done ;)

Quoted $145 for labour to diagnose, and check and repair handbrake fault
•Turned out to be a simple 30 minute fix,
•Halved the labour charge, to $70
•Handbrake works
Couldn’t be happier

Gave me a false quote over the phone, then when arriving in store they made me sign a waiver which I thought was suspicious but I signed it anyway went to collect the car nothing was fixed on it and they charged me 3x the amount they originally quoted...
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

My tritons aircon failed during a heatwave. they fitted me in for repair right before Christmas. condenser was blocked. they updated me at every step with quotes and it was repaired the same day as well as a oil and filter change. Thanks guys

Overpriced workshop, not entirely honest in appraisal or diagnostic…I feel like they are chasing work so they creat it once they have your vehicle in the shop.
Had wheel studs break within 350km
Claimed bushings out of tolerance and when removed were like new
Brake rotors with less than 5000 km were apparently worn out but I couldn’t see them
Charged for diagnostic work to locate a door switch they couldn’t find….. I found the issue in 2 min after I got the vehicle back
I won’t be going back there, please make your own judgment

These guys go over and beyond to help, I had a technical issue with after maker injectors , despite being out of region parts they still tried to sort the problem out. When I offered to pay they were disappointed they could not resolve my Issue and told me no charge. Great team with old fashioned integrity. Thanks guys
