Very enjoyable and knowledgeable REC 3 first aid course.
Enjoyed it all, especially the out door practice, the mix of indoor learning/practice and then reinforcing it with the outdoor scenario first aid practice was great. Shane has serious experience and knowledge.

Great feeling of satisfaction on completing the 10 week programme. The pace is set by the participants and plenty time to enjoy the views. Shane is attentive and encouraging. Overall very professional and most importantly enjoyable

Guided Walk with some Interesting Mental Health tips along the way.
I went on a guided walk around Maulin in the wicklow mountains with Shane. There were 7 of us in the group and he really had a nice way of checking in and making sure we were all ok. Learned some really cool things about how the mountains were formed.
When we stopped for a sandwich, the topic of mental health came up and we did a 15 minute impromptu exercise about managing what's in your control.
I'd gladly book these guys again, really great day out.
