An absolute gentleman and professional of the trade. My mobile food unit was a 1.5-year venture. I humbugged Andrew with loads of questions, advice and recommendations throughout that period and he never once turned me away and said he couldn't help. All that knowledge I gain from Andrew has pointed my business in the right direction for success in terms of set up, equipment, workflow of the kitchen, potential events to attend and general knowledge of how to run, operate and maintenance of the Food truck. We recently purchased a second hand food truck which was originally built by A&B Food Truck Outfitters. Though 8 years old, everything within the truck was still as the day it rolled out of the gates of Andrew's factory which is a testament to the quality of his workmanship and attention to detail. Since commencing our business we have made some changes to the truck to suit our personal needs. Nothing has been too big or small for Andrew. He is completely invested in ensuring that the end result is the best possible version of what it could be. Shortcuts are simply not in this man's vocabulary. Andrew is a wealth of knowledge and unlike other fabricators, genuinely cares for his clients. We recently used Andrew to re-wrap our truck. He again went above and beyond to not only deliver a great product but he also put in extra hours to ensure we got the truck early to enable us to trade at a last minute gig. If it's humanly possible, he will get it done. I can't speak highly enough of Andrew and A&B. If you're looking to get into the food truck game, don't look any further.

After a lot of research and talking to food truck builders, we decided to go with A&B because their attention to detail and care in building the trucks stood out from the rest. From the start, Andrew and Betty were very approachable, listened to our requests and concerns, and helped us through every step of the process with advice, tips and tricks to get us started. They were always there for us with any questions we had at any time, day, night or even weekends! They definitely care about their builds - it shows in the finished product, which was beyond all our expectations. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even though we changed our mind a couple of times during the build. Over the moon with our bus. Thanks guys for making our dream come true!

I don’t generally write reviews or recommend products or services as each persons experience can be different. However, there is no greater certainty than if you want a quality, professional, meticulously designed food truck or trailer built, then it is absolutely imperative that you do not go past Andrew and Chris at A and Bs. Without a doubt, this is the most professional outfit in the market. Andrew is a master craftsman and an absolute fantastic bloke. I went in thinking Andrew would simply build my food trailer, I’d pay him and off we travel into the distance never to meet again. I know for certain that is not the case and I have made a friend for life. 40 minutes after I left the shop with the new trailer Andrew contacted me to see if I was ok getting home and how she drove. Throughout the 4 month journey Andrew kept me completely abreast of what he was doing and how everything went. He gave me contacts for different reps to get better quality appliances. His price was fixed and there was no hidden surprises around the corner. On the contrary, some times I would go to the shop and find that he had changed a bench that he had made because he thought it word work more efficiently done a different way. I have no affiliation with Andrew in any way. First time I met the bloke was 4months ago, but I implore all my colleagues in the industry, give this guy a go if you want the best trailer and best after market service, look no further than A & B. All the best

With just a shell on the back of a brand new truck, Andrew and his team turned our dreams in to a reality. Foods of the realm launched our food truck on New Years Eve on Sydney harbour last year. We picked up the truck a few weeks before that from Andrew at A& B food trucks to our great delight. We couldn't believe the perfect condition it was in and the detail in the fitout. Top grade stainless steel and marine grade quality as well as our design in glorious detail. Andrew gave us continuous advice all along the journey and helped us with a smooth transition to handover. The space inside is so efficient and I advise anyone to not cut corners when building a truck. It has to work perfectly and andrew is the best in the business. We expect to build many more.
