I'd highly recommend Anthony whether it's for Pilates or a good old blast of HIIT. He is very knowledgeable in his field and extremely helpful and encouraging. He kept myself and many others sane as well as fit with plenty of zoom classes during the pandemic.

1-Positive. Anthony has a very positive attitude. He is open understanding and makes you feel relaxed and therefore able to work at your best.
2 - Conscientious. He is super conscientious and takes everything into account to make each individual perform their best.
3-Passionate. Anthony is very passionate about overall health fitness and wellbeing.
The results with Anthony are excellent. He watches your form very closely and corrects it where needed. You progressively become fitter stronger and leaner avoiding injuries under his guidance.

Antony is the best! Keeps you motivated throughout the class, keeps an eye on you so to make sure that exercise is done correctly and each workout is various so you can’t get bored! I attended HIIT sessions and go to Pilates and Antony is perfect in both styles. Thanks a lot for making me feel better after each class. Highly recommend!!
Had just started classes before the lockdown and Anthony kept the class going on zoom and it really helped my lower back. Anthony is a very patient teacher

Highly recommend personal trainer who also has the added expertise in Pilates training. I’ve found the combination of Anthony’s classes and dietary advice to be excellent in getting back in shape. The fact that he provides classes in the workplace at lunchtime brings a level of consistency and convenience to my fitness routine. And a great guy in to the bargain.

Anthony comes into our workplace twice a week and does a combination of Pilates and weights/cardio training with us. He is a very dedicated trainer and great motivator. Workplace training is a great incentive to stay active and good for the body and mind. Highly recommend this incentive
