We have always received excellent prompt service from ABC. Always very obliging and often able to fix minor things from their off-the-shelf parts stock saving long waits for 'parts to come in' that other garages tend to tell you. Recommended.

Beware of "works needed" MOT failure!! They talk the talk but caught out and exposed by my reputable mechanic who had recently serviced the Range Rover! He threatened them with closure after they made a spurious false account of works needed to the tune of the £900. He asked me to remove my vehicle from their premises ( they resisted removal vehemently) He drove vehicle to the garage demanding they put it on the ramp and show him the problem, they couldn't and didn't even try. MOT given immediately and reimbursement of MOT charge

Not for the first time ABC have provided an excellent service. Always use them for my daughter's MOT tests and they carried out some repairs this time around. We receive good communications and the work completed within the quoted price. Highly recommend.

After being let down by another well-known tyre provider on an MOT booking, ABC Services came to the rescue! Despite their busy schedule, they moved things around to fit me in, and their willingness to help was exceptional. Laura, in particular, listened to my situation with genuine care and ensured the job got done.
When I arrived, I was welcomed by a friendly and happy team. While waiting for the MOT, I noticed their notice board filled with thank-you cards and festive greetings, showcasing their strong customer relationships and ethical approach to the industry.

It's a real shame that I had to update this from a 5 star review to a 1 star review. Over the 5 years that I was a customer the lady that works on the desk got greedier and started to make up charges and things that were wrong with the car that in reality - did not exist. I know this because of other garages giving a second opinion.

Cannot praise Steve & the team enough at ABC. They identified the problem, deemed it an emergency & got on with the job in double quick time. LIterally went out of their way to make my car roadworthy and safe again in less than 24 hours. Quality and personable service/experience. Anyone in Chelt or surrounding area should know about these guys. They are fantastic in every aspect of their business 🫡
