ABC Auto Shipping, Inc. Reviews

Absolutely would recommend using ABC Auto Shipping. I shipped my car from CA to OH and it arrived in good shape and within the specified arrival time. Arman provided above and beyond customer service and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Closer to the estimated delivery date I had a little trouble coordinating with the driver, and Arman stepped in to help coordinate communication between them and myself. I would definitely be using this company in the future and would recommend it to my network.

Best prices on the market ! I am very pleased with the services that the ABC team has provided me with. I have recently purchased two vehicles from an auction and needed to find a way to transport them. Fortunately I got a great deal from ABC Car Shipping. Naomi lead me through the process and was of great help. Totally recommend her. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had a great experience with Arman! I need to ship my damaged car from Monrovia to San Jose and He helped me find a carrier within 24 hours. During the process he's transparent with me regarding the price, very responsive, always reply my message immediately and keep me posted regarding the progress. I also tried other transportation company, but the sales person from other companies just wanted me to pay, they didn't answer my questions but just keep sending me auto-generated emails asking me to pay which was very annoying. I highly recommend ABC Auto shipping if you need transportion service!

Thank you for the detailed review and for your business! It takes up to 5 business days to search and secure an available carrier depending on the route, the type of car and if the locations are too remote, it come longer to secure an available carrier, but sometimes like in your case, I find an available carrier within a day or even couple of hours. Thank you for your feedback. Arman

Worked with ABC (Arman) to ship my vintage car from the East coast to West Coast. He did a great job! Car arrived in just a few days and in great shape. Will definitely use them again.

Thank you Greg for your business. A lot of times it works out better to pick up the car from me in Irvine as you did on your own time. I appreciate the review! Thank you

Please be careful with this company. They said if you pay x amount of money the car will be at your house today(the car was 2 hours away from my house) and after they got the money it took them 3 days to bring the car to us. Very poor communication and dealing with them is a big headache.

Arman did a great job of finding a shipper for my car from Salt Lake City to Los Angeles. He was helpful and very responsive and the shipping went smoothly and only took a few days once it was booked. There is a good reason he has so many great reviews and he lives up to them!

Arman with ABC Auto shipping was a pleasure to deal with. He is always available and very professional. I’ve known Arman since 2016 when I moved from Colorado to Southern California. He moved 2 cars for me. I could not have been happier with his work. Everything went down exactly as he told me it would. When I needed to have a car moved to Florida, Arman was the only person I called. The process is so simple and he lets you know what the entire process will be and he keeps you abreast of each and every stage of the process until the car arrives at the destination. He even sends you a video of the process so you can rest assure the car is moved by trained professionals. You will be happy you called Arman!

Arman is the absolute BEST! I was a nervous wreck about shipping our car long distance. I didn’t know what to expect and how everything would work logistically. Arman was very clear with the process and was able to put my mind at ease. He was completely transparent, incredibly responsive/communicative and just an absolute pleasure to work with. He was always following up to make sure everything was going smoothly and open to answer any questions I had (and there were a lot. Haha!). He came highly recommended by a friend and he completely surpassed our expectations. Would highly recommend!!

the broker is so rude and do not know how to talk to people. As a carrier, i will repost this company to everywhere. the guys name was ARMAN and he talks so bad to carriers and was so rude to my drivers. ARMAN whoever you are, try to be humble and treat drivers nromal. You just broker and stop acting like you own 100 trucks like us. If you cant be humble then try to be human.
