Phoned for a quote to have an end ribbon repaired that had come away from the 2 top slats on our roller door. But got some BS story telling me my door was basically written off!! REALLY? I did the same repair on a much smaller door last year, but this one is too big for me to do on my own, so I called to get a price from a “professional” company. Just had a price back from the company that supplied the door for a very reasonable price that also includes a door service! Can’t comment on this company’s new doors, but if it’s a repair you want, and it’s not their door… stay well clear, they will just want to flog you a new one!

To clarify, we did not attend site or carry out any chargeable work. Based on the photographs supplied, our technician advised that the issue was likely related to the door curtain and recommended contacting the original supplier, as the door was only four years old and could potentially still be covered under warranty. This advice was given purely to help avoid unnecessary cost.
We did not quote for a replacement door, nor did we attempt to sell one. Our intention was simply to offer honest guidance based on the information available at the time.
