I highly recommend A&A! As someone who knew very little about HVAC systems, I was honestly a bit intimidated going into the process—but they made the process easy and I learned a lot along the way.
They took the time to explain my options in clear, simple terms without ever making me feel rushed or pressured to decide. Their pricing was fair and transparent compared to other estimates.
They were quick to respond, timely with their appointment, and were kind and respectful. They got the work done within a week and I now have heat for the winter!
Asked for an estimate on uncharging an A/C unit to be moved 3 feet and recharged.
Service ‘tech’ asked me who was going to re connect the 3/4 copper pipe. I said I am a journeyman plumber of 7yrs in GV and can easily and professionally solder the connect. He doubted my professionalism and claimed I needed an acetylene torch to solder 3/4 type L pipe. Ummmm..
Ok, then if you are having doubts of my soldering ability then please let me know what the cost will be for the work including a single 3/4 copper pipe solder..
Dude became extremely rude and told me ‘no thanks, im not going to get involved in this.’ And tuned his back on me and walked out.
Not only that it has taken them over a week to get this guy to ‘look at the job’.
Wish there was a ‘worst ever, avoid this business’ button for this review..

After our discussion of the work required and upon my trying to clarify who's doing what, I was left feeling unheard and uncomfortable. I could see that we were simply not a good match, so I politely said, "No thanks, I'm going to pass". We wish you good luck with someone else who's a better match.
Shane came out after a long hot day to get our critical cooling system functioning properly in under an hour. A&A probably isn't the "cheapest HVAC game in town," but I've always gotten a fair value, knowledgeable, friendly people, and a completed job on the multiple occasions I have had the pleasure of working with them.
Stopped by shop a couple times trying to get parts and free advice - they were extremely helpful and patient trying to locate parts for a 30 year old furnace. After replacing all the parts I guessed might fix it and didn't - gave up and requested service. Tech arrived this morning and methodically went through the system and finally found the problem and replaced a part and explained what it does and why system failed. Armando is a true expert in his field and has excellent customer service skills. Highly recommend this local company!
6+ or so years ago, A&A installed a Lennox packaged unit onto our property along with uninstalling the old one in its place, their workmanship and professionalism has continued throughout these years when we finally encountered our first issue... The heater part of the unit quit working. We called A&A after calling a technician from another company, he suggested that Lennox has warranty that will cover the parts as long as its through the installer, depending on what needs repair, and sometimes labor. Within a week our heater was back up and running with two new expensive parts, and no charge for them nor the labor! They further won my lifetime support considering I believe we should have been charged for the labor (by looking at the Lennox warranty labor is covered for 3 years) but yet they asked for nothing and got us up and running just in time for Winter with multiple trips to our address. The technician from A&A was also extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk with. We easily would have spent $1,000 if it had to be out of pocket, so we're extremely grateful we chose A&A along with a Lennox unit.
Thank you A&A for a GREAT job! I've used A&A for service in the past but when my HVAC unit went kaput I decided to get three bids. A&A was very competitive and since I used them in the past I went with them. The install crew was very professional and appreciative for the work. They respected my house with booties and drop clothes. When it was all said and done my system works better than before and should end up saving me money in the long run. My wife and I thank you A&A!
This company may have been good at one time but definitely not any more. Do yourself a favor and find someone who take pride in their work.

Unfortunately, this job necessitated opening walls for wiring, plumbing, flue and furnace installation which was messy and dusty. We offered to clean or hire a cleaning crew, but we were told that was not necessary. There were some other items of your concern as well all of which we offered to address but were told not to do anything at this point. This was a difficult job, and we absolutely apologize for the inconvenience of dust and frustration which construction can produce. I wish we could have met you personally before this job and then that way we could have hopefully had a sense of your concerns beforehand. Again, sorry for our part of the frustration and we certainly take your comments to heart for future improvement.
The technician that came out to check on our air conditioner was so friendly and very thorough. He took time to listen to my concerns and had a lot of great information to share. I highly recommend this company for any issues you may have with your air conditioner or heater! Very affordable and just an all-around great experience!
