Hassle from day one! Four inch puddles around posts. Not enough cement to reach surface. Refused to fix. The two gates had excessive gaps. Now two years later, half of 100 posts wobble. I begged Frank, the owner, to come see but he was a NO-SHOW! He had previously sent 2 employees and both pointed out that they used nails, not screws which caused wood to warp, crack & pull apart. Frank refuses to uphold the workmanship warranty. Also, it is NO LONGER a Veteran owned business. Deceitful! Run!

We had a fence installed in August 2025. At first glance, the fence appeared to be completed without issues. However, after examining it more closely over the next few months, I noticed a few issues. I communicated these issues with AAA management in November 2025. AAA originally responded and scheduled a time to come out and complete the repairs in early December 2025. They never came out, and by January 2026, the repairs were still not completed. After two additional months of back and forth with the company, and their "repair person", the repairs are still not completed. I was provided excuses and more excuses as to why they were not completed. The "repair person" did attempt to nail in some pickets which were not properly secured in August 2025. However, he could not complete this simple task correctly. Now I have nails sticking through the fence rails because the wrong sized nails were used. When I asked AAA to send someone else out to complete the repairs on 3/2/26, their response was to have the same "repair person" contact me four times on 3/3/26. This is after I specifically asked for him not to come back out to my property. I would highly advise against using this company!

We had AAA Fence and Deck remove an old deck and replace it with a screened porch. The skilled crew did a great job, and installed it in a timely manner. We would use them again.

Our 6 foot fence was installed very nicely. We got several quotes and AAA had the best warranty and price. It took a while for them to install though. We had them come back the next day to make adjustments and their owner Frank Issa came by to inspect the issue and sent his people the next day.

Steve and his crew did a great job on our deck rehabilitation project last week. The work entailed stripping and sanding the old dark stain off and painting a lighter stain on. The workers also replaced some of the steps that were rotted. They finished the job earlier than expected and cleaned up the area before they left. We are satisfied with the work that was done.

My fence came out beautiful! I got several quotes and aaa was one of the 2 most affordable, and they were able to install it the soonest so i chose them. I’m so glad I did! I got 6’ privacy fencing on the front and sides, and 4’ wire on the back so I can see the rest of my wooded property. It all looks amazing and they worked with me on scheduling since I wanted to be there during install. My property is very wooded and VERY rocky & they had no issue getting the fence in. I definitely recommend them for high quality fencing and will use them in the future for any other fencing needs!!

I had them build a fence to enclose my backyard. Excellent experience. It was quick going from initial phone call to on-site inspection. I had a few different companies give me quote and they were very competitive. They worked with me to get HOA approval. Once they started they finished in a single day. Very professional the entire time.

We had no idea what kind of deck we wanted—wood, composite, or something else—but the team walked us through all the options without any pressure. We ended up choosing a Trex deck, and I’m really glad we did. Just a few days after it was finished, it rained, and the deck dried quickly with no pooling at all. With how unpredictable Raleigh weather can be, that was a great surprise.
