We had an emergency backup of sewer water and after contacting A-1 to quote us the work and approving it, they gave us a timeline of a few days, but ended up coming 2 days early to do the work, and said they made sure to complete their other jobs so they could get to ours quicker. They replaced a broken section of clay pipe with new PVC and installed a new clean out and had the 8' deep hole dug and then filled back up in barely 3 hours! Fantastic work, the guys were super nice, would definitely call them again for future work (hopefully not needed though!)

Outstanding service by Chris. He came in and took care of the problem. You can diffently tell that he knows his job. As a business owner I will be referring him to customers if needed. Thanks for your help.

I've used A1 for probably 4 years now and I just cannot say enough good things about them. Super responsive and reasonably priced. Every time I call them, they are always on it and at my house within a few hours. Kody is just a very knowledgeable, nice guy and I always look forward to chatting with him every time he comes around. Shane, Morey, and Kody all worked very hard to get my weird problem fixed ASAP and I could not be more grateful for them. Thank you A1!

After a long day of yard-work and a cold shower, I went down to my basement to look for some batteries and found the sewer backing up. It's Memorial Day weekend. Everybody was saying they couldn't make it until Tuesday. My friend recommended A-1, but I didn't see it until this morning. Called around 8:30a, spoke with Tim, he was great! Said he could be out here in an hour. Was here in about 45 minutes and had it fixed in an hour. Was super impressed with his honesty and professionalism. Will definitely use them for any future needs.

I had an extremely positive experience using A-1 to come augur out the sewer line for my home. Kody and Tim were very personable and honest when it came to pricing and doing the work. They came in and did an exceptional job clearing the pipe and did better than other places that I had previously come out. If you want a business that comes out and is willing to put in the work I highly recommend these guys. Pricing was more than fair and I would definitely use them again!

A friend told me to call A1, and I am glad I made the call. Kody and CJ arrived at the house on time with a professional attitude. Kody discussed all the available options, so I trusted his judgment—once more, it was a great decision. What would have cost me well over $800.00 with other companies, A1 did the job for half that. A-1 Sanitary was an absolute lifeline for us over the Thanksgiving Weekend! I couldn't give higher praise for their communication throughout the ordeal (and even afterwards), speed of service, price, and quality of work. Thank you so much! We not only had our downstairs toilet seal fail, but our old clay sewer line had collapsed between the cleanout and the house. We had an entire household of water being flushed directly into our bathroom before we finally figured out what was going on and turned off our water and discontinued all use. A-1 Sanitary was out on a holiday weekend within just a few hours of our call finding all the issues and fixing what they could on the fly, at a price (even at holiday/weekend rate) that didn't break the bank. Then they were out Monday right afterwards preparing and marking the line for the fix. And had their crew out well before the weekend hit to get everything dug out, fixed, and replaced with PVC and another cleanout closer to the house all in the same day. Again, with a fair price and honest up-front quotes and communication so we never got hit with any surprises. Very highly rated service!

We had to have our sewer line replaced, and called A-1 Sanitary Sewer Service. They are honest, professional, knowledgeable and personable. They take the time to answer questions and explain the process ( from the clean-out to the dig) - they really do go the extra mile for their customers, which seems to be a rare thing in other companies these days. We are sold! - and highly recommend this company for all your sewer needs. They will not disappoint!

A-1 is professional and ethical. We called them for a second opinion after another company (plumbing company but not sewer specific) told us our sewer line needed dug up and replaced. We were skeptical of this recommendation and wanted an expert opinion. A-1 sent Tim to our house the very next day. He was prompt, respectful, and skilled. Not only did he clear the line but he guaranteed the work for 60 days. He was able to explain some of the issues that we were running into and why others may not have been thorough enough to see the root causes. We will absolutely use them again. 5 stars.

I wish there was a 6th star to give these guys!!! Special thanks to service man Tim. Yesterday I was charged $400 by Anytime Plumbing to clear tree roots out of my sewer line. Anytime told me they were unable to clear the roots and that I needed to dig up and replace my sewer line. I called A1 for a second opinion. (obviously because I wanted to be certain the cost and inconvenience of digging my yard up was absolutely necessary) Tim from A1 was there on time the following morning. He not only cleared the tree roots out but he also guaranteed his work. I will never use any other company!
