I called Mike, and he picked up immediately, answered all my questions, and said he could come in 10 minutes. He showed up exactly 10 minutes later, was able to drill a new bore hole for our new deadbolt. It fit perfectly snug!

I had a very unpleasant experience with Affordable Locksmith yesterday, which I will provide in detail. Yesterday, I accidentally locked my keys out of my car at my workplace. Once I noticed, I immediately called the closest and highest rated locksmith, which was "Affordable Locksmith".
1. At the time of my call (8:00am), I requested a locksmith to open my car door AND bring a machine to make me a spare car key. The man who answered the phone was nice and professional and told me that he would have a locksmith call me back.
2. I received the call at 8:14am. I confirmed my address and they said they would be there in 15 minutes. The locksmith does not arrive until 8:48am. That's a little bit later than quoted, but I understand that it's downtown and there can be traffic, no problem.
3 pt1. It takes the guy (and his trainee) until 9:20am to unlock my door. In the process, the tools they used to get the door open damaged my car. The inflation tool created a huge gap in my car door (BOTH doors were affected, but the driver's side is the worst), now creating loud noises when I drive. My car gets much hotter now, as the hellish hot air now fills my car up much easier because of this space. I am also concerned about my car being easier to break into now because of the noticeable gap in my car door.
3pt2. There are also scratches on the sides of both doors from their other tool that was used to attempt to flip the unlock switch.
4. They did not bring a keymaker to make me a spare key when I had specifically requested this service.
5. Thank God they didn't, because they charged me $238.77 to unlock the car that they damaged in the process. Please tell me what is "Affordable" about that price?!
6. While working on my car, the locksmith's pants were sagging so bad that one point, I could literally see half of his Crack, and it made me very uncomfortable. I am not one to judge someone on their outfit choices, but that is beyond unprofessional and inappropriate.
7. The locksmith also kept calling my car a "Corvette" when it's a Honda Civic? He said it was a "special kind" which cost more. Sure, buddy.
I feel cheated and scammed. I will be requesting a refund for the damage done to my car and for the obscene price. But even if I am not successful, at least I can share my experience for those who are interested. I don't think I'm being unreasonable. All in all, I am disappointed in Affordable Locksmith and will never use their services again.

There few are a few companies that are using different variations of the name Affordable locksmith.
Especially on the sponsored links and they are not local companies.
2. We don’t charge these type of rates for car lockouts.
3. No one ever called us regarding this job and asked for a refund.
4. We don’t have any record of this job or this price.
5. You didn’t provide any type of invoice or pictures of the tech or his vehicle.
