Have had to make multiple return trips under warranty of work performed by this shop. Upon last failure to correct drivetrain issue, personally removed and inspected drivetrain item that shop had assured me had thoroughly inspected and replaced worn items. With less than 20 miles since last service visit, found bearing races in unit with signs of scoring and excessive wear that shop was responsible for replacing. This has been an extremely costly and time consuming endeavor with evidence that shop is skipping on inspecting and replacing the parts they claimed they did on the invoice.
Worst transmission shop ever They messed up our vehicle To where it's basically same point They did not do nothing different It worked fine after we got it back home and now it doesn't work at all doesn't shift and they're refusing to make it right And they're basically making me Work on the truck myself Instead And the refusing to Give the money back so basically they robbed us And they're refusing to make it right by working on the truck for free When it was their screw up They didn't drive the truck on the road He made us drive it on the road while he sat in the passenger side Because he was giving the excuse Of Oh he doesn't want to get a ticket Because it had expired tabs on it Do not use this transmission shop avoid them at all costs Because they're just going to take your money and not work on your vehicle and make it right Number one worst transmission shop ever
Had full Transmission serviced on my 2019 F150 (29K). Same day I made a trip to the airport. Truck tranny was slipping and transmission gauge was almost pegged. I checked tranny temperature and it was running 239. S/B around 205. The problem went away in 30 minutes. Took truck back to shop and mechanic stated that if the tranny has an issue when you change the oil it becomes worse. Come on I only have 29 K on truck. He put in one more quart of oil and told me any problems bring it back. The amount AZ charged I expected a professional job. Now I am thinking about taking it to Ford to see what’s wrong
I found my experience with Bill and his team amazing! The repair bill was within the quote and done in a timely manner. He even gave me the contact of a tow truck driver that picked up my car up in my driveway and took it directly to his shop without me having to follow. Very pleasant experience. Just had the transmission rebuilt in my 1995 F-250 by Bill and his team and it was a top notch experience as usual. They completed the job quickly and made things right when a minor transmission fluid leak surfaced a few days later. They are an honest shop and I will be taking my vehicles here for all my transmission/differential needs. Thank you!
Bill and his team are great. They took care of my older chevy pick up and I couldn't be happier. I would take any of my cars to them and would recommend them to anyone. Even helped to fix the flat I got on the way to picking up the truck! They genuinely want to take care of you which seems like a rare quality lately.
