I bought my Terrain from Ben a few years ago and with it I got a after market warranty on my SUV. Was the best choice. Not only was the sales process easy and quick...but the service dept has been exceptional. As with all vehicles they break down from time to time...each time I have taken it back to Ben R the service dept not only has been friendly, but they were in my corner with the warranty company and got my services covered MOST of the time. AND...they provide a service car.
So yeah, go to Ben R if you need a car or need service done. WORTH IT

Once again great service by Sean and staff. My car would not start in this cold and after CAA gave me a boost I was off to Ben-R. They quickly determined my faulty battery was the issue. It was replaced with a new battery at no charge. The service and staff are remarkable. Ben-R is the best!

Great service by Sean. Sean had sent his staff home early to start their Christmas celebration, but when I drove in with a battery issue he was able to change it for me on the spot.
He and his staff are wonderful, very personable and I highly recommend BenR.
