June 15th (today is Jul 10) my wife took her truck through the wash and due to a malfunction our truck hood was damaged. We are not from Floresville just visiting, the owner "Ryan" spoke with her and said it was the machine and would take care of the truck.... my wife was unable to stay in Floresville to have the truck worked on so an agreement was made to bring it home to New Mexico and repairs would be done here covered by Sudz Daddy insurance.....it is now July 10th and it has been on us to contact them and yesterday was the first day I spoke to someone at the "insurance" agency. CBH Insurance is the agency but they have to contact someonelse to contact us and our repair shop.... its turning to a hassel for us, I hav tried to be patient and knowing they had a storm this past weekend but its going on a month and we have no resolution and WE are the ones trying to call and figure out how to get the ball rolling. Know if you use this wash and there is damage...good luck or maybe its because we are out of town now hoping it will go away. in response to the owner saying "OUr team is working to get you taken care of." It is July 11th, and I continue to have to call the your insurance companies trying to get a call back which you had said would contact us 3 weeks ago... July 24th... We were told last week we would receive a check from the insurance company, i called to follow up, was told it was not processed and it would be overnighted....that was 2 days ago and still no check. I sent another email to inquire and waiting for an answer. STILL NO RESOLUTION over a month later.

They manually scrub your car before going into the machine. Great idea but horrible performance. I always need to pass my vehicle multiple times for an ok job. Not my favorite, waiting for the other car wash to open in Floresville

I absolutely love the attention to detail the guys have. We bought the best wash, and when we went through the wash, the manager came by, and he wasn't happy, so he sent us through again. Great service

My car came out clean! I did love the customer service at the beginning, but once you get to actual wash part the guys were rude. Being it was my first time, it wasn't much clear on how to do things.

Took my truck for a wash we bought the ultimate ceramic like we normally do. This time we notice the main top brush didn’t work. I spoke with the guy there and he told me that because of the brush guard they could not turn it on. It would have been nice to have a disclaimer saying this before we paided for the wash.

Very good car wash in floresville. My car always comes out very clean. Only thing I dislike is the license plate reader never finds my membership and I always have to flag down an employee for help.

I like this place but if you are going to pre wash a little then get the whole wind shield and if you have to fold your mirrors in then they do not get washed. Other than that it's very good.

They have people prewash and cleaner bottles with towels to clean. Was very nice and I deep cleaned my mercedes well. Definitely would join if I wasn't moving.

Highly recommend. Went through the car wash and a gentleman came to help me check out. Super friendly staff. Did a great job cleaning the car. You will not be disappointed!
