I used them for replacement of a hot water heater and also for a leak in my kitchen sink. Both technicians did a very good job with the install and repairs. They both showed up within the 2 hour window for the service call, as compared to some companies that I have used in the past that well beyond the window and did not bother to call to provide an updated status. Finally both tech's were very friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good and reliable plumbing company

They came out on a Sunday the weekend before Christmas, about 2 hours after I called and fixed our problem in less than a hour. Tech was friendly and smart, knew right away what was going on. Will be calling them in the future with any plumbing needs!

Lenox was awesome!!! My service technician Matthew was friendly and professional top tier !!! I was extremely impressed with the urgency of my repairs. When he finished repairs in two different bathrooms BOTH were left spotless the way he found them!!! You could not tell any major repairs had just occurred . The office staff was also very nice, professional and responded immediately after a message or missed call to set up appointment . I will use them and refer Lenox to anyone with a plumbing need going forward . Thank you Matthew and Lenox team !
