Excellent service, I am so bloody happy with my espresso machine (Orchestrale Nota) the thing is a beast! Delivery time is amazing. It was packaged so well and so thoughtfully. There was zero chance of it ever getting damaged in transit. I actually accidentally called 7grams coffee MELB when I was trying to call a different company in Gold Coast QLD and im so thankful that I did. They really look after you. They really went above and beyond to help me at such short notice ( 2 weeks before Christmas) They had three copies of the machine that I was after and they selected the best one and gave it a service and a shine up. The thing arrived looking pretty much brand new. The price was better then anyone in the country was offering. Overall im truly so happy I found 7grams coffee. If you are looking for a machine I strongly recommend you shop with these guys. Michal youre a bloody legend mate cheers

The service personnel exhibit remarkable efficiency, responding promptly—often on the same day or the following day—to address any issues, thereby maintaining satisfaction among our teaching staff. We are thrilled with our coffee machine. It's been a huge hit with our families. The machine is so easy to use and the coffee and hot chocolates are lovely! Right from the moment I first contacted 7 Grams, the service provided by Yoni was exceptional. I contacted many companies but it was only Yoni, who took the time to talk with me about what we needed and all the different options. The machine was delivered and set up within 48 hours! So easy! I can say that I have not dealt with a more courteous, professional and customer focused company in a long time. The machines make superb coffee/chocolate and are easy to master. Great service and amazing quality, we use 7GramsCoffee in all of our offices. After trying many vendors that will have very slow response time we decided to try 7grams, will never change again. No lock-in and best quality.
