1ere commande passer auprès d’eux, envoie un mail pour savoir quand la commande partira, pas de réponse, obliger de passer par une autre plate-forme pour les contacter pour demander si la commande part. Reçu en réponse qu’un simple oui et à la fin de la journée la commande n’est toujours pas envoyé. Très frustrant ce manque de communication

Ciao Tristan, Abbiamo comunicato tramite email nei giorni scorsi che INFO ha subito un ritardo di 2 giorni lavorativi, nella giornata di domani riceveremo lo stock per intero e invieremo tutti gli ordini. Hi Remi, In any part of the world if you order something and this is not available you get the refund as you did. Nothing you are saying is happened there. We have explained you that a pallet of FR MH3 stuff has been lost so yes for that reason your order wasn’t sent. Please contact back our assistance if you need futher help and they will for sure help you.

Buying 4 MH3 Precons, waiting a month to get refunded the price I paid now it's more expensive and I can't buy it.. bad communication too

Hello! We are really sorry for the inconvenience with FR MH3, unfortunately a pallet of products got lost and it has been difficult for us to find a replacement due to the limited edition. About the fact that is more expensive now, we can understand this but our company is one of the few in Europe able to offer determined prices all over Europe so for this reason you will always find the product at higher price. This was of course an accident and it doesn’t happen hopefully everytime.
