Extremely Disappointed with Tooth Removal Experience Today[15 july ] we have visited 4 Squares Dentistry at Gowrivakkam with my mother (Vijayalakshmi), who is recovering from GBS and has diabetes, and our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arriving at the clinic, we explained my mother's medical condition to the staff. Initially, they assessed that two teeth needed to be extracted but decided to remove only one tooth first, which cost Rs. 3000. This extraction went smoothly. Following the first extraction, the doctor, Aditya and Deepika, suggested removing the second tooth for the same cost, which we agreed to. However, after an hour of attempting to extract the second tooth, they could only remove half of it. We were then informed by Dr. Aesha Imran Syeda, who is in charge of clinical health, that a specialist was needed to complete the extraction, which would cost an additional Rs. 2500. We arrived at the clinic at 11 AM and had to wait the entire day for the specialist, who finally arrived at 5 PM. After the specialist completed the extraction, we were shocked to be charged Rs. 10,000, despite being told earlier that the total cost would be Rs. 5500. Aesha failed to show any transparency regarding the charges, and Aditya was the worst doctor I have ever encountered. The lack of transparency regarding the pricing and the long waiting time made this a highly frustrating experience. Given my mother's health condition, I expected much better communication and service. If I could give less than zero stars, I would. I would not recommend this clinic based on our experience.
