A professional, knowledgeable staff that treats you like you matter. I've been a client for 8 years and couldn't imagine going any place else for my insurance needs. They are hands down the best provider I've had in my 34 years of driving. It's not even close.

I have been going to Great Northern Insurance for my taxes for the past couple years and am very happy with the service. Neville does a great job of walking me through all steps of the filing process, and actually makes the task of doing my taxes enjoyable. He is thorough and makes sure that everything is filed accurately. I will be utilizing this company for future business tasks and would definitely recommend them!

I apologize if you were unhappy with the service from another company, however ISU-Great Northern Insurance Agency does not do bookkeeping. Great Northern Insurance is a full-service insurance agency. As an attorney I am sure you've had clients dissatisfied with the fees being assessed. Ms. Gappy advised our affiliate, Great Northern Tax, that she has no concept of bookkeeping and not too savvy with numbers. We did the best we could to assist her as we redundantly went over items on her behalf to make her comprehend why and what she was doing with her business bookkeeping.
