We highly not recommend this guy. It's a such a liar. We sing a contact for a land survey, he told me ill finish in a month and it's been more than a year and nothing . He come to the property a few time but it seems he does nothing and sometimes he say he will come let me stay at home waiting for him and never show up , not even sending a text letting me know he won't come. When I talk with him the first time he offer finish in a month, good price, very nice and polite but then once he gets the money he disappeared and I called him a bunch of times Believe He is the worse and in his car he has a bunch of folders ( contracts ) of other people he may keep lying same like me because I told him why you have my folder all the way to the bottom the lady who came to work with him told me that i wasn'tthe only one who complained. . That is why I decided to write a review.

I found property marker pin in cavity of tree .I called to get an estimate on what it would cost to survey property. Neighbor had there property surveyed which shows a property line stake in my back yard my map shows something different than what they have. I talked to the receptionist and she was going to have John call me back which he never called.

Excellent work performing a detailed site development plan, survey and stake out for our undeveloped multi-acre property. They followed through helping arrange percolation and DEEP testing excavation and handled final approvals with the regional authorities and town approvals. We were very happy with the siting of our to-be-built home. Demian also provided a rough quote for septic components and design. The entire process was unexpectedly swift during Covid times. We highly recommend and look forward to working with Boundaries LLC again.

I mainly worked with project manager Demian Sorrentino, who was very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. I had about two acres staked out with property corners, which required a decent amount of research in the town hall and on-site surveying. I also had one undeveloped acre assessed for a home development plan complete with drilled well, sewage, etc. Demian deftly handled it all, including the back-and-forth with the town's inland/wetland commission and the NDDH.

We contacted John to do a parcel survey for our property. Since the very start John has been extremely helpful walking us through the whole process. He takes the time to answer questions and give explanations for any questions you may have( he responds very quickly). In our situation we found out some of our property we thought was ours is not. So John pointed us in the right direction and to an attorney to help us with that process. Overall John and his staff are very pleasant to work with. I would recommend them to anyone!

I worked with Mr. Faulise and Boundaries while the Chair of the Recreation Commission on the project for the Pasquale & Maria Camputaro Memorial Field. Mr. Faulise brought the expertise of Boundaries to the project, providing all of the land surveying and civil engineering for the project, project managing the team and all contracted companies and volunteers working on the project. It was a pleasure to work with his team and bring such an important addition as a recreational field to the youth of our community.
