I am putting this review up for my friend Do not use this place or Dr . Karl Williams , they did lipo and a bbl on her and basically destroyed her stomach she had a beautiful stomach before the surgery . It's a disgrace how they act took her money then disappeared never returned any of her calls after the surgery . Here is a pic of what they did to her stomach .
I had surgery with Doctor DiGeronimo Excellent in what he does, he talks to you before entering the operating room when it comes to marking you he is too detailed and helps you shape your body Too beautiful He is a surgeon which generates a lot of trust everything was excellent.

I asked for a refund after being told certain things that were not true. I have been asking this company for well over a year for this refund in the amount of $500.00. They wont communicate with me but they sure will keep texting me about their specials.

IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD. On July 12, 2024, I underwent a 360 lipo and Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedure performed by Dr. Naveed N. Nosrati. Regrettably, I must highlight the poor communication and professionalism displayed by the reception staff at 305 Plastic Surgery. Many patients, including myself, have encountered significant issues with their responsiveness. The staff often fails to answer phone calls and is reluctant to address inquiries regarding pre-surgical preparation, among other concerns. The only moment they exhibit any willingness to engage is during the initial scheduling of the surgery when they seek a down payment. Following that, patients are left with multiple unanswered questions. Additionally, the clinic did not provide me with specifics regarding the timing of my pre-operative appointment, despite my repeated requests for this information to facilitate necessary travel arrangements. Instead, I was contacted the evening before my pre-op appointment at approximately 5 PM, leaving me with minimal time to prepare. On the day of my pre-op appointment, the process was relatively smooth. I completed various forms and made payment in cash. However, I found the staff's approach concerning; they hurriedly invited me to sign documents without allowing me sufficient time to review them. They frequently instructed me to "sign here" and "sign there," promising to provide copies of the signed records, which I ultimately had to chase down, and as of now, have yet to receive. During the pre-operative assessment, I met Dr. Nosrati, who was very personable and instilled a sense of trust in me. In stark contrast, however, the clinic's staff were unprofessional, communicated in broken English, and rushed through appointments with an air of entitlement and rudeness. The day of the surgery, I had the opportunity to speak with Dr. Nosrati once more, for which I was grateful. I am thrilled with my results; Dr. Nosrati is an exceptional surgeon whom I would wholeheartedly recommend. However, I encountered a significant issue post-surgery. Upon waking, I immediately noticed that my front veneer was missing. I expressed my concern to Dr. Nosrati and his team, pleading for assistance in locating my tooth. They assured me they would search for it, and fortunately, they found it and returned it to me. Dr. Nosrati advised me to speak with the anesthesiologist regarding the costs for replacing my veneer. Unfortunately, I was informed that the anesthesiologist had left for the day, but they promised to provide me with a follow-up by the next day. (Note: the staff never followed up with me). During my follow-up appointment, I inquired with the receptionist about whether there had been any discussions with the doctor or anesthesiologist concerning the replacement cost of my veneer. Once again, the staff appeared uninformed and dismissive, rushing me into a private area to avoid complaints being overheard. When I was in the back, I interacted with what appeared to be a nurse responsible for removing my drains. Disturbingly, she paused mid-procedure to check her phone, using the same gloves on my incision site. This negligence raised serious hygiene concerns for me, considering the potential risk of infection. Furthermore, the nurse was hurriedly putting on my faja incorrectly, ultimately leaving me to adjust it myself as she rushed out to discuss matters with management. Shortly after, the anesthesiologist entered to address my concerns about the veneer. When I asked whether they would cover the replacement cost, she declined and provided several excuses. She insisted that veneers are permanent, despite the reality of my situation--a missing veneer with accompanying injuries. I cannot ascertain whether my tooth was dislodged due to an incident during surgery, as I had sustained a swollen upper lip. At present, I am in the process of obtaining my complete medical records, including the operative report, as I intend to pursue legal action against 305 Plastic Surgery. I informed various staff members, including nurses and the anesthesiologist, about my veneers and requested that they exercise caution. Fortunately, I have video evidence of my post-operative state, showcasing Dr. Nosrati's staff actively searching for my tooth at the facility. I urge anyone reading this to maintain a detailed written record of all communications and events in case of similar circumstances. I seek full compensation due to the dental issue I experienced--an issue reversed only after I incurred a charge of approximately $2,000 for a veneer replacement. Not to mention that the second faja I purchased from them was a Large when I should've gotten a Medium or Small.
In summary, my experience with Dr. Nosrati was outstanding; I would rate him a perfect 10/10. However, the staff at 305 Plastic Surgery displayed rampant unprofessionalism, ineffective communication skills, and an overall lack of competence.
0 stars .. where do I even begin.. This has probably been the worse experience of my life. This place is extremely unprofessional I was going to do my surgery with Dr William and Dr William left the clinic now I see why. They begged me to stay offered many free stuff. I like Dr. Brewsters job so I proceeded with him saw it as an opportunity. I wanted a tummy tuck and a bbl he told me I should do it separate. When I went for my tummy tuck I received the worse customer service the front desk ask you multiple questions such as are you in Miami you tell them the answer like 7 times and they still call you to ask the same question as if they don't look at your files. They laugh in your face are very sarcastic you ask them for something they roll their eyes as if they were in kindergarten. The service is horrible as if they just want to get rid of you the coordinators are nice the first day then they disappear and never call you again I call multiple times and I couldn't get a hold of any of the 3 cordinators that were assigned to me in 2 months. Everyone there either doesn't take their job serious or doesn't like their job period. The day of my procedure I was told my procedure was at 5:30 am they gave me a gown and I changed I was freezing with an IV on my arm until 7:50 that my procedure was started when I went in the operation room saying I was cold they told me they would help smiled put the anesthesia anyway and proceeded with the procedure. when I woke up in pain I woke up shaking plus all the pain and discomfort I was feeling. When I went to request my BBL REFUND they told me they can only help via email they took 2 weeks to get back to me only to tell me that I would only receive half of my money because there is a cancellation fee of $1500 plus a $250 non refundable deposit and that I no longer qualified for a free faja and the free massages they told me about. Told me I would only be receiving $2050 and I woke up this morning with only $1800 from $3800. Honestly these horrible people don't understand that we walk into these salons to change our lives and it's a very delicate matter for us patients we want to be treated with patience, with respect and the right attention. A lot of us don't even have the money to pay for these things and we work a side job just to make our dreams come true for you people to just rip us off and treat us like shit or like we're a joke I honestly believe in karma and in god I know there will be a punishment with this clinic because I'm extremely sure I have not been the only person that has received this poor treatment and rip off. Anyways I leave this here for you guys to double think about going into this clinic .. specially if you're young and don't know about legal terms or just want to make your dreams come true i don't recommend this place at all. Horrible clínica, por favor antes de operarse ahí investiguen bien. Una amiga cercana se acaba de worse ahí y salió muy mal por el cuidado que le dieron después de la cirugía. El médico nunca la llamó aún cuando se le informó que ella estaba hospitalizada por hemorragia y una fuerte infección. El día que regresó para que le quitara las grapas de los senos también pidió verlo y el nunca llegó. Este lugar es de lo peor... no pongan en riesgo su vida no si salud por lugares como este. Averigüen muy bien antes de hacerlo.

My first time doing breast augmentation was with this doctor and he claimed that I had a capsule on one of my breast just two weeks after surgery. But I didn't had a capsule!!
Today I can assure that this was a plan to charge me more money.
The doctor choose the size for my breast and did not ask what size I wanted to use. I do not recommend that anyone comes to see this doctor. Be smart. Look at the reviews. Stay safe! :(

i just came here to say these people played in my face . i wanted lipo done they told me i can add two addtl for free i chose my arms n inner thigh got my labs done sent and cleared by my dr before i arrived to miami! went in for pre op amd i just want to say the customer service is trash this is supposed to be a happy experience nobody smiles nobody greets you nothing that was a red flag ! anyway they told me i had to repeat one lab but it was fine i can still have lipo he just wants it repeated ! dr never saw ne during pre op but walked past me ten thousand times . the next day i arrived for surgery ! i had to call n tell them i was there then when she finally comes n gets me she claims she never received my clearance from my dr but yet they received everything else, i got my dr to refax immediately i go back take pics then after a few hours dr comes in he looks at my paperwork ! he puts on a friendly act but says oh you should be in the hospital you shouldnt even be here who schedule this your iron is too low . my iron was 11.8 they told me i would at least need to be a 11.5 to get surgery and i would have to get cellsaver before (let me just say this i had a tummy tuck about a year ago same iron level , no issues!) so he continues to put on a show and says well i cant do the inner thigh and arms only the mid section and back and says if he does my arms or thighs i will end up in the hospital because im so sick ! so im like ok so u dont want to do the surgery right now? then he says i can do your pubic area( which i said no and i can lipo your sides and back ! due to my desperation i said fine even though i was extremely upset! i wish i had left ! ok so i go back to start the procedure almost immediately woke up went home!later on i realize the faja they put me on was extremely too big smh they put me on a damn 5 x the thing was sagging literally n they didnt even bother to fasten it up ! then the next day i look at myself i look exactly the same like they put me to sleep then went on break ! mind you i had this done before i know i should see somewhat of a change even with swelling . days go by still no change so i started sending them messages and telling them they played me no way they did any work on me cause i still see no change then he reaches out to me saying his nurses notifyed him i wasnt happy so im like yea cause you did nothing but rip me off he starts giving me bs excuses ! i could go on but ill say this i scheduled with a special they had and i truly believe they did the bare and ripped me off because of this i didnt have that much tummy and if he truly did any work i should have been snatched the hell up ! stay away from these people !

After heavy contemplating and researching Doctors for over 2 years, I finally decided to go with Dr. Brewster, watching his videos I felt he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had DD breast but after 2 children I wanted a lift and breast reduction but I was told by Dr. Brewster I could only get my breast perky if I added implants so I went along with it reluctantly. After surgery my breast was extremely huge although I was there for a reduction as well but I was told once the swelling went down I would achieve the size I requested. Fast forward to a year of constantly calling, emails, and texting, to express my dissatisfaction with the size and the look of my breast, I spoke to Dr Brewster personally over the phone and he told me if I would have got the surgery done in my home town I would have paid way more than the $7000 I paid for him to do it. I asked him was he insinuating that I get what I paid for , either way it's still hard earned money and it took me a couple of years to save up. He got very rude with me to the point of tears, he agreed to do my breast over but I had to pay $1500 additional for the room and anesthesia and $500 for smaller implants.He told me once he does them over and smaller don't come back complaining that they were too small. I replied Dr. Brewster did you forget my initial visit was for a reduction and a lift? I wanted them small. January 11, 2024 makes a year since my revision post opp surgery and I have the most sloppy and unattractive breast job, I wish I would've have kept my money and my sagging breast.
I'm going to post my exact truthful experience with this place. I have been researching surgeons for a while now for a tummy tuck. I finally contacted Dr. Williams for a consultation. I was totally upfront with him that I do not drink. I don't go out or I don't smoke cigarettes but in my state, I do have a medical marijuana license that I showed him before I even booked the appointment well weeks past after my consultation as I'm still trying to decide if I want to move forward with my tummy tuck with Dr. Williams a coordinator called me and told me there's a special and all you have to pay is 250 down so I took advantage of the special after I already had my consultation with Dr. Williams and he approved me for surgery so I paid my deposit And two days after I paid my deposit I got a call from the coordinator. Well a text not even a call saying he wants to cancel my surgery because I don't have enough loose skin or fat for a tummy tuck which I've sent him over 10 pictures during my consultation so I'm not sure why he said that after he took my deposit well long story short it's been weeks and I haven't got any call any information about my refund I spoke to Dr. Williams myself and he said someone would contact me I have yet to have someone contact me. I text the coordinator this morning and she is laughing in my face calling me a drug attic for having a medical marijuana license And she is saying that is why the doctor don't want to work with me because I'm a drug attic I do not appreciate the stuff and how they are speaking to me when it had nothing to do with me canceling the surgery and I have yet to get my deposit back every time I call nobody answers I leave voicemails nobody calls back I text the numbers that were texting me about my surgery dates and information and they will not contact me back today. The lady contacted me back and she's laughing at me sending me messages saying ha ha ha drug addict smh I'm fat from that I own a business and I work and go to college college
I would give 0 stars if I could. I attempted to leave a comment on Instagram about my disappointing experience and they deleted my comment that was getting likes and responses from other women that had similar experiences. Seems like they only want to show the positive and not even attempt to reconcile their poor service. They even blocked me. They didn't even try to address the poor customer service or take responsibility. I signed up for a consult. They called me a day later and the coordinator that called was so unprofessional. was super disappointed with her attitude. I asked simple questions about the procedure and she literally laughed at me. I still continued to ask additional questions but she reacted the same. She talked to me as if I was a child. This is super unfortunate because I really liked Dr.William and his work. But I don't feel right about moving forward with them. If this is how my initial contact with 305 is, I don't want to imagine how the rest would be. I prefer to go elsewhere. For this reason I have gone with CG Cosmetics they called me within 5 minutes of filling out a form and my coordinator was so kind. She listened to me and my concerns. She made me feel comfortable and confident. She answered my questions and made it clear it is normal to have questions about a procedure of this nature. She has become my BBL bestie and is always a text or phone call away. CG Cosmetics showed empathy and understanding as they are preparing me for a surgery that many, like myself, have a long journey to decide to do. I am happy to have finally found somewhere that offers great financial plans, cares about their patients, had great customer service and does such quality work. I will be going with Dr. De Souza.
I was scheduled for surgery with Dr. Ramirez. Paid my deposit and was looking forward to my appointment. They called me to let me know Dr. Ramirez no longer practices there and switched my surgery with another provider who I was not comfortable seeing. I asked for my deposit back, being that I am no longer having the surgery done with the surgeon I had initially scheduled with because that's FAIR- and they are letting me know they can not refund. I have been trying to get in touch with this office and they answer and put me on hold for hours or choose to not answer the phone. I will be filing a lawsuit.
360 Lipo , with Dr.Manny on August 11th 2023 , good quality care from staff they were very nice , & friendly they made me feel very comfortable .. I had no issues would definitely re-visit for another surgery ( breast lift I'm considering .

El peor lugar . Nunca vayan ahí no pierdan su dinero . Tuve mi cirugía de senos con el dr Willian . Horribles los resultados mi senos quedaron igual caídos . Y el tamaño no me gusta . Ni si quiera te dan a elegir . El servicio en general es malo . Después que toman tu dinero ya no les importas . No pierdas tu tiempo y dinero yendo a ese lugar realmente muy malo . Que tristeza pasar por todo un dolor físico y emocional para nada a demás del dinero perdido . Tendré que buscar ahora un dr que me arregle el mal trabajo q m hicieron
If I could give 0 stars I would. I was so excited to put my down payment to have surgery with dr Karl Williams. I spoke to one of the staff members on the phone and explained I do not feel comfortable sending photos and she assured me I can go in person for a consultation. However the night before multiple numbers were texting me asking for photos or my contract will be dropped and my down payment refunded. The morning of my consultation I received a frantic call. It sounded like a drug addict begging for money to get their next fix. This women was yelling if I did not send photos she will not be paid and my money will be refunded. The unprofessionalism did not stop there. I figured I'll just shut up and let them refund me my money and never have to deal with them again. 3 days later I am STILL receiving text messages and phone calls asking for photos. One asked if I wanted a refund so I finally responded yes just do the refund. She replied angry saying I can not get one lol I mean they kept insisting I'll get one if I did not send photos. I will post screen shots it has been a night mare or harassment.
