We had an amazing move this morning!! Dale and Luke were so happy and polite!! They handled our belongings with care and always asked us where and how they should grab and place our stuff! They were quick and hard working!! They carried heavy work out weight plates up stairs with no complaints and we really appreciated that! They made our morning so much better for our move! 10000% recommend these two hard workers! Thanks again! :)

Mario, Will K. and Ben gave us superb service, loading out and back in in just 3.5 hours! They were just great with all our goods and furniture, wrapping everything fragile in blankets and/or shrink wrap so everything was moved without a scratch. We can’t recommend Burley Men highly enough - you won’t be sorry if you use them too!!

The movers were late to pick up, late to drop off, and took hours longer than was quoted to move my stuff. They also unloaded someone else's stuff info my garage before unloading my property: causing delays and a mix-up of our items. The final charge came out to double what they quoted me. They broke multiple items, the movers told me to fix it myself, and then their claims department low-balled me and continues to jerk me around. They left another clients items in my home and then gave my name, phone number, address, and who knows what other information to this other client. This other client is now harrassing me about their property. If you want to pay double for the privilege of your information being shared with strangers and your property being broken: book with this terror of a company.

Paul Q, Ozo, and Mike S handled our cross province (BC to Alberta) move very well. Our two location pickup was done smoothly and they did a good job bundling up items of importance. They gave a reasonable weight estimate such that we were actually under the estimated weight which was a pleasant surprise (other companies trying to have lower quotes underestimated the weight significantly).

Awful experience. Was told my items would be delivered a week ago. Terrible communication. The owners pass communication responsibility on to the drivers. The drivers are not fit for carrying any responsibility. Make a simple task a challenging and stressful experience. Always call around and do NOT use 2 burley men. They will rip you off and lie continuously. Be aware as it is not worth your time.

If I could give it a zero I would. They ruined my Antiques, there's rips all throughout my expensive Chintz & Company couch. They didn't wrap anything!!! They hire off the street. Whomever wants a contract they get it and then They find movers which are usually friends. They DO NOT know how to handle furniture. !!!!

If you decide to use this company. Ask specifically for Paul Q and Martin within Courtenay and Comox. They were speedy, super polite. Very careful and cautious with delicate items. And a great sense of humour but know when to really haul ###. Will definitely be using this service in the future when needed.
