Lindsey lead us through a process of figuring out what we wanted and she was there for us throughout the entire thing. We did most of our looking from another state but she made us feel completely comfortable every step of the way. She gave us information an the area, answered all our questions, and was always one step in front of us on communication. Lindsey is an agent and a friend to us as we start a new adventure in Florida. I would trust Lindsey with any home buying need for all my friends and family.

Great Communication! Lindsey helped my partner and me buy our new home - our first in Florida. With her local knowledge, she helped us negotiate an offer that was accepted quickly. Lindsey is excellent at communicating what is required at each step in the process, sending a weekly update after the offer was accepted. We were referred to Lindsey by a family member who recently worked with her on a condo purchase on AMI. While we had been looking for months, we really hadn’t contacted a realtor. We called Lindsey because we were interested in a condo in the Bradenton area. We hadn’t talked or met Lindsey personally…and we were 600 miles away. Within hours, we were doing a video walk through of the property we were interested in. We didn’t really like the unit after seeing it. Within a matter of a few days, we had viewed six properties, made two offers, and had our second offer accepted. Within two weeks, we could have closed on our new home in beautiful Perico Bay!
