My experience with 251 dekalb has been wonderful so far.
1. Julien was always attentive and did an amazing job at fixing my sink and shower head
2. Maintenance is always available in few hours
3. Dom and ramazan was always there when i need something. Really appreciate them
4. Environment is subtle and lovely
Only thing that is a bit dirty is the hallway, seems like its always dusty and not soo clean. But i again understand the flow of people makes it hard to keep it clean 24/7
Overall iam having a happy stay.

Hello Everyone 251 Dekalb pike is very good to live apartment within cheap budget happening with near about stores target , Costco …etc
Good with maintenance indoor area and out door play area
In admin team I liked people helped me lot one persons name I want to highlight Ramazan he helped me lot with getting me apartment

My daughter and her roommate have been without heat for a month! In the middle of winter. Over Christmas, and they have a cat. I can’t think of anything more terrible to do to residents . They provided them with two space heaters that keep blowing out the fuses, So they cannot use them at the same time. Not that you can’t leave them running during the day when You are at work, so you can imagine how cold it is when they return and for the pet. It seems criminal to not provide heat.

I enjoyed working with Mecca over at 7400 Roosevelt, Although the Towers at Wyncote is a better commute for me I loved the esthetic of 251.

being a great place to live for me for the past 5 years, This property starts with a staff of employees of all types that are fantastic. Their level of response form and speed and overall caring, are just incredibly great for the new and longer term residence. (yes, we all talk about how wonderful you all are to us). Special Shout Out to Mecca who even guided me by phone to another office. Again, Happy, well maintained, and safe place to live that is close to all you may need. Happy that I chose 251 Dekalb. Maintenance, cleaning, concierge, staff and security are all kind and communicative... and responsive. Lots of light, quiet, well maintained. Love this property where the employees make it special. I did not move into this complex but I really liked our guide Ramazan. He was very direct, on point and straightforward. Not only he showed me the complex but also explained everything that might happen if i move. Brilliant guy! Unfortunately it did not work out for me because I couldn’t get the job but i felt he deserved a 5 star. If you happen to need help, just find him.
