I’m a Timeshare OPC Agent in Real Estate, The Course was there for a year and i extended the test for another year knowing how hard for me to commit due to working 6 days a week double the shift with high demand mental work of negotiation. and i totally knocked out after work giving me a hard time to finish it. But I had a chance looking at it going back to the course I found out that I have two days left after resting away from Timeshare in just 3 hours I completed 2 of the Final Exam with 24/7 Realty Nevada course. Its so easy to use compared to any platform it is super student friendly! Moving from Resorts Sales to sales in Home Properties😊
Very bad representative service very rude no respect at all I was trying to get help because the redemption code from Groupon did not work and the kept me waiting long time and when the representative finally call me was very rude ,disrespectful and unprofessional. I do not recommend this school because the customer services is really the worse.

You can say whatever you want to add to the comment but the truth is that you should not be working in customer services my humble opinion I think you are very ironic, sarcastic, and aggressive person when speaking but I hope for the good of others you can change in the future.
They said the have 24/7 customer service but is just a IA service, when you finally can speak with a representative the first they said is if I think that on Saturday they office will be open,that Why I am calling in a Saturday so late, guess what genius you web site said 24/7 is you don’t like to work on weekends get another job but this was a really bad constumer service I just cancelled my course I will find another school I don’t recommend this place at all.
Taking this personally reflects poorly on your business. You should have been more professional and less sarcastic when you answered the phone. I'll just find another school and be done with it, but this review will alert others to the kind of people who work there. Also, change your "24/7" description, and if you don't like bad reviews, provide better service. Your answers damaged your credibility no mine
24/7 Realty School has been an incredible experience from the start. The course is super clear, well organized, and easy to follow — perfect for anyone trying to move quickly and stay focused. The study guides, videos, and quizzes make everything much easier to understand.
Their support team is also amazing — quick responses, friendly, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they really want students to succeed. If you’re serious about getting your Nevada real estate license, this is the school to choose. Highly recommend!
Poor customer service and inaccurate classes for state requirements
I signed up to take my associate broker continuing education course. Georgia has new requirements this year and brokers must take 18 hours specifically for brokers and 18 regular hours. I signed up for the 36 hour class and completed it only to find out 18 of those hours I took would not count toward the broker portion. When I called, I was given an automated option to email Bill. I did and he was no help at all. Basically, told me they are behind in changing the class for the new requirement. I asked for 1/2 my money back and no luck. I asked for them to send the 18 hours I took (and paid for) in to count for the next 4 years and he really never replied. Do your homework. I won't be using them again.
I bought the course in 2022 and obtained the diplomas, now in this year 2025 I passed the national and state exams but I lost the 90-hour diploma that I need to present to the Nevada Real Estate Department and obtain my license, for this reason I wrote to recover the lost diploma, and the person I spoke to was totally desperate telling me that to obtain the 90-hour diploma I must buy the course once again, I understand that if they ask me to pay for the diploma I would accept it but paying for the full course once again is a huge lack of respect, this person literally spoke to me as if I were an idiot, then I asked for a phone number to speak with a supervisor and she/he started calling me from the same number we texted from and told me that the supervisor was calling me, well it was the same person who apparently wanted to pretend to be a supervisor, then she/he confronted me asking me why I wanted the supervisor's number, (well literally to communicate with someone more professional because I no longer wanted to talk more because she/he was just desperate to sell me the course without having empathy to fix my situation). Be careful with this place, the person in charge of responding seems more like a scammer than a customer service professional for an online course
Easy to follow at your own pace learning style. I passed my tests just by going thru their lessons. It took me 30 days from start to finish, and to pass the 2 tests.
Yes, you will need to buy books. I bought mine used on amazon. Total for 2 books was under $18, used. Their chat feature online does not work. But, if you text to their number, you will get a response right away. I texted them a few questions I had while studying. They texted back within minutes. I think the text back feature is Ai. However, the answers were very comprehensive and DID answer my questions.
Finally, I am done! My experience here was good. I do see some negative reviews and I will say this, if you are a good learner with few questions and/or the ability to research in your own you’ll be okay! If you aren’t good at time management, prefer to have a teacher, or need a set schedule to ensure you show up and see this through, this might not be for you,
I purchased the National book, however the “study notes” pretty much outline everything that comes in the book. A key difference would be when you get the National ebook, it comes with videos that are separate from 24/7 realty school. So, you won’t get the videos without getting the National book.
The videos helped me as they provided examples, broke down verbiage, and highlighted main components you would be sure to find on the test.
I am a mother of two, who also goes to the gym and I have a very busy unpredictable schedule. I wanted the flexibility of this course, I finished in about four months all together. My best advice would be take lots of practice test, purchase the prepagent test materials, or the most exclusive psi testing package, and along with this you’ll be sure to pass.

I am finally done! I had a good experience with this school. It was exactly what I needed, I finished in about four months. I was looking for something I didn't have to show up in person to something that gave me the ability to learn in my own ways, I watched a lot of YouTube videos. I'm a very busy mom so showing up for school was not a possibility for me. I am pretty good at time management, studying on my own, and outsourcing information if I have any questions. I saw that they do have an option to text or call if you need extra help however I literally signed up and did everything on my own so I don't know what the help looks like.
I did choose to purchase the national e-book. However, the "study notes "pretty much cover everything in the book. The key difference would be when you purchased the book you get videos that are not exclusive to 24/7 Realty school. I did find those videos helpful as they further break down topics, as well as let you know key components that will be on the test. I also hand wrote notes on every unit, used flashcard and I would say the most important thing would be to really get down all the things that are included at the end of each chapter in the chapter summary.
The test pretty much just covers verbiage, basic math principles, and basic real estate concepts, so don't feel like you have to learn and memorize every little detail. My best tip would be to take lots of practice tests, and paired with everything that comes in this course, you will be okay.
