Three days before our arrival to Mahe, we called the company to confirm the availability of the cars for the dates we needed a car. They confirmed and recommended us to do the online booking. Immediately after our phone call, we took the necessary steps. However, the day we arrived to Mahe, we received an email from Samuel that they didn’t have an available car. Even though they were kind enough to provide us other car companies contact details, it was a bit of a ‘late call’ and put our plans in danger, unfortunately. Therefore, I will suggest you to book quite some time in advance and continue to trigger them via an email/phone call after your booking online to be 110% sure that you’ll get a car.
